第一次初嚐印度餐和半山的高級地,充滿異國風情印度餐廳真的也不失高級感!!🤣叫了雜扒拼盤(印式燒焗雞件、串燒羊肉卷、印式烤腿及印式烤魚塊)。這個拼盤送到的時候香味撲鼻🥹大家記得一定要趁熱吃,會更加滋味😋。我最喜歡羊肉卷!超級出色🥹羊肉味剛剛好,羊腥味真的很低調,就算不吃羊的人一定都能接受得了!就算感覺單點獨有羊肉的菜也會很好吃🤩然後還配了一款印尼很特別的醬汁,叫左mint chutney ,吃下去也有種低調感!口感真的很難形容🤣感覺很接近平時吃的pizza味。其他肉食也是很不錯,搭配檸檬片更添清爽感,一百頭價位能在半山嚐到印尼各類肉食的拼盤,算不錯了!🥹其次薯仔椰菜花印度炒飯😻。開頭以為素食的飯會太單調,結果這道炒飯大吃一驚,味道聞起酸酸的,但是吃起來特別香。吃完幾道菜,已經完全可以用低調而內涵十足的高級感去形容這餐廳,米飯還粒粒分明,吸收了香料的精華,每口都能感受到濃郁的印度風味,既飽腹又美味。千層薄餅。這款千層薄餅的外皮酥脆,能感受到面團的韌性😋。不過純吃薄餅就會略顯單調,但另一方面可以嚐純薄餅很raw的另一番口感~我朋友單吃這個餅底就很起勁😂但我的話,我喜歡配上mint chutney,醬汁有一種低調pizza口感的醬汁,像是吃pizza一樣😆讓口感層次很分明~腰果提子乾雪糕。作為餐後甜品,乾雪糕令人驚喜。雪糕口感外層淡淡的,但入口有個很恰好的奶香感,兼容內外的口感層次,真的超級特別!😂腰果的香脆大大粒,很有口感,完全帶來一種獨特的口感體驗,讓整個用餐過程劃上完美的句號。 continue reading

估唔到呢間半山嘅印度餐廳有驚喜!🤩嗌左個南印度燴雞,有濃濃嘅椰子香,再加唔辣嘅咖喱,超級好食,無論攞嚟撈飯或者點薄餅,都好完美另外嗌咗兩個薄餅🍕一個係印度芝士烤餅,皮脆唔漏,有啖淡芝士味,唔會食到好滯,另一個嗌咗蒜香印度薄餅,佢哋審咗好多蒜香係薄餅上面,我朋友鍾意食蒜香味薄餅,我自己就比較鍾意食芝士味薄餅最後見到佢哋大力宣傳嘅香羊膝印度炒飯🐑佢結合左印度香料的濃郁香氣和羊肉嘅臊味,再加上炒飯的鑊氣,簡直是天作之合!🤩 羊膝燉煮得非常軟爛,輕輕一撕就骨肉分離,完全唔會有太大羊騷味!🐑🤤 而且,炒飯粒粒分明,每一粒都吸飽了香料和羊肉的精華,每一啖都充滿了層次感,回味無窮!😋 continue reading
