天氣開始轉涼,總會有人問幾時食羊腩煲。今日約咗朋友去釣蝦,之後佢哋就揀咗嚟呢一間金玉滿堂食羊腩煲。★̆̈ 雙冬扣黑草羊腩煲(中:$368)呢個羊腩煲係用全羊腩製作,配菜仲有冬菇,馬蹄,枝竹同筍,另外仲送咗生菜。一開始食嘅時候有啲凍同韌,原來個羊腩煲係要冚蓋煲8分鐘之後再食,煲完之後都係覺得個羊味雖然唔腥,但唔夠濃,未夠入味,肉質一般,連皮會好食啲。下面加左個架,可以放心煲~唔會燶底。★̆̈ 脆皮一品燒雞 (半隻$158)個皮勁脆,雞肉好滑,帶有咸香味,點埋少少鹽吊味,好夾★̆̈ 金稻穗香一口牛 ($158)牛柳粒夠肥,食落好腍,牛味都幾濃。金稻穗香記係指飯,個飯應該有炸過,有少少脆脆食落好特別,仲撈咗好少嘅Wasabi醬,食起上嚟幾特別。除咗牛同飯之外,碟嘢入面有茄子肉,本菇,仲有個醃過嘅蘋果,食落爽口酸酸辣辣嘅,成碟嘢都好特別,叫嘅時侯唔預有咁多嘢,好似尋寶咁😂總括嚟講,覺得個雞同牛比羊腩煲出色,鑊氣唔錯,但店員態度就一般般。 continue reading
