朋友為我慶祝生日,我們選了位於旺角女人街的韓川食晚飯。雖說是韓國菜,餐牌上比較有韓食feel的就只有韓式炸雞、菜包五花腩及泡菜火鍋。時令生蠔🦪(6隻),蠔肉不算肥美飽滿,但亦不會太瘦削。肉質爽脆,微微鮮甜,海水味較突出。三味山炸雞,辣醬、芥末醬及糖粉三種口味混然而成,入口微甜之中帶點微辣,還有芥末香,滿足味蕾!單骨雞翼方便食用,炸得夠脆,又能保持肉汁,好吃!真露焗蜆,即焗蜆之中加入韓國燒酒,蜆的份量適中,粒粒飽滿。烹煮後,酒精已揮發,蜆肉入口不會好重酒味,而是微甜並帶點蒜香。墊底的韓式粉絲夠煙韌吸味,吸盡整盤焗蜆的精華。焗釀蟹蓋,細細隻蟹蓋釀得滿滿的,面層鋪上芝士去焗,芝味十足!餡料肉質彈牙,帶有些少蟹肉,嚐到蟹味!溫泉蛋帶子芝士湯烏冬,配料除了帶子外,還有溫泉蛋、鳴門卷及蕃茄。烏冬以熱石鍋盛載,保持熱度。烏冬面層加上香軟的Mozzarella cheese,奶白色的芝士湯底香濃,和朋友分享來吃,不會太膩。烏冬彈牙有嚼勁,帶子大隻,肉質爽口!雖然今餐有一半菜式都不是大路韓食,但食物好吃就足夠啊! continue reading
