黑糖包曾經為咗Outback無限任添嘅黑糖包而幫襯,相隔一排再嚟,黑糖包已經冇當初咁好食了,覺得偏甜。不過,熱辣辣黑糖包配上自家製牛油這個經典配搭仍然好正🥖澳洲和牛紐約牛扒牛扒竟然比沙律早到。牛扒上碟時,好似出面啲扒房咁連餐碟都係熱㗎,確實抵讚。伴碟嘅薯條都夠熱,但係唔夠脆,麥當勞薯條仲好食。塊扒嗌咗五成熟,好明顯Overcooked。塊扒有筋,所以食落好韌😮‍💨炸蘑菇成餐最滿意就係炸蘑菇!炸粉唔厚,炸完仍然保持蘑菇嘅水份,感覺清新不油膩🍄香煎黑椒日式黃鯨吞拿魚沙律沙律菜品種好多,不過切得有啲碎,啲菜有點霉,感覺不太新鮮。不過,牛油果生熟程度剛剛好!至於主角吞拿魚,份量非常多,不過黑椒味太重,食落有點辣。沙律配有兩個醬汁(千島醬和酸酸的汁),兩個都麻麻哋。其實簡簡單單落橄欖油和黑醋, 效果可能會更好🥗食食吓,經理行過嚟問我哋覺得食物如何,我哋反映返塊扒唔係我哋嗌嘅5成熟,經理主動話幫重新整過一份🫢 聽到經理咁樣回應,覺得好surprise,因為出面好多餐廳聽完意見通常答你:「哦,會幫你同廚房反映吓」,之後不了了之。所以,今時今日遇到呢種服務態度確實難得👏🏻第二次上碟嘅牛扒終於係五成熟啦!不過,肉質仍然係好韌...感覺員工服務和廚房已盡力,係食材嘅問題吧😥雖說係steak house,Outback已經大不如前了。牛扒唔掂,竟被其他菜式反客為主。 continue reading

OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE是澳洲菜,所以餐廳內牆上有袋鼠燈,環境舒適。這是在平日太子moko店,不限時對我們目的邊食飯邊聚舊的人來說是十分重要,其他店都限時限刻90分鐘要離場,這點加分位👍。👍黑糖麵包: 黑糖麵包是OUTBACK招牌,每人最少食了半條,暖笠笠上台,又香黑糖味又鬆軟的,單食好好味,配它的淡牛油更加一流。。👍炸洋蔥花球: 外脆內軟,洋蔥夠熟,食到洋蔥的香甜。👌公司沙律及雞肉凱撒沙律均是蔬菜新鮮,正常發揮。👌燒肉醬味豬肋骨併燒半雞:豬助骨是招牌菜,入味夠軟,肉好軟淋,輕輕一叉就會鬆開,味道唔錯,肉唔乾,但覺得無咗肉嘅肉汁及彈牙感,可惜燒雞d肉就柴了一些。👌燒帶子煙肉白汁燴飯: 帶子燒得剛好,白汁燴飯汁醬偏濃,多食易膩。👌闊條面,都正常發揮,好味無投訴。 continue reading

雖然假日有好多人北上消費,原本以為walk in都會有位,結果outback依然係要排隊。一坐低就會有黑糖麵包,而且可以refill嘅,但感覺麵包冇以前咁好食,冇咁鬆軟。嗌左牛扒,可以揀2個side dish,揀左焗薯同蔬菜。個焗薯超級好食而且份量都好足,用左芝士同煙肉粒去焗,味道又唔會過鹹。牛扒揀左7成熟,建議可以揀5成,因為7成感覺有d韌。仲嗌左海鮮意粉,配果兩塊蒜蓉包好脆好好食😋。意粉份量足,海鮮都算新鮮,兩個人分都可以食到好飽。另外服務態度真係好好,主動refill水同會問你覺得呢餐點樣。每位員工都好有禮貌。唯一美中不足就係甜品唔可以寫碟,如果想慶祝生日或者特別節日可能要另覓地方。 continue reading

幫襯咗moko outback好多年,仲記得第一次一家人去食好有驚喜,食咗免費送新鮮出爐既黑糖麵包,因為太好食,又會嗌第二個,牛扒都好有驚喜,好懷念那時候食到美食的開心。但原來時間真係會沖淡一切…… 今年父親節一家人睇完九龍城寨支持下香港電影業,去咗outback慶祝,本想可以支持下香港飲食業,點知換來的是有一次的失望。新鮮出爐既黑糖麵包已經變咗工場出品,乾柴而有酸味,豬扒的配菜係變咗味變咗色,豬扒質素麻麻,雞扒三文治凍而麵包乾柴,最後食剩咗大半個,薯條都係乾爭爭,唯一味道還可以的就係個闊粉和沙律。沙律都算新鮮,雖然不需要什麼廚藝。食咗餐咁樣質素既晚餐,影響曬父親節的心情。早知道在家自己煮慶祝算了,又或者去深圳食玩一條龍啦。 在現今香港社會租金貴,人工貴既大環境下,餐飲業主要支出都花費在租金和人力上,食物成本已經被壓縮到得一兩成,加上香港工時全球最長,侍應和廚師工作得唔開心,服務質素下降係好自然既事,唔會再抱什麼期望了,大家好自為之吧 continue reading
