為慶祝伴侶生日，選了位於旺角的Sky726食晚飯，生日可享主菜餐牌88折優惠。預訂了座位，獲安排靠窗的座位，可俯瞰彌敦道與旺角道的夜景，餐廳另有吧枱座位。入座後，職員先簡介一下餐牌內容，想不到旺角的西餐廳也有這樣的服務水平。生蠔🦪每款最少要點3隻，有兩款生蠔，兩款都試試！西班牙銀堡壘生蠔 Ostras Del Castillo ($48/隻)， 先嚐這一款，生蠔肉質厚實，囗感爽脆，餘韻甘甜。法國吉拉多生蠔 Gillardeau ($58/隻)，蠔肉肥厚飽滿，入口先是柔和的海水味，蠔味濃郁，十分鮮甜，很好吃！前菜是吞拿魚牛油果他他，牛油果面層鋪上滿滿的吞拿魚肉，吞拿魚豐腴味甜，配搭又香又綿密的牛油果🥑味道幾夾。餐湯加$68轉鮮蠔濃湯，湯之中有一粒蠔肉，其實飲湯時還能飲到blend碎了的蠔肉，蠔湯味道濃厚而不鹹，飲一啖湯就已感覺到口腔中充滿鮮甜蠔味！推介！餐湯配蒜蓉包，焗得鬆脆，蒜蓉味香濃。主菜是板燒自家35天乾式熟成美國特級西冷扒 (7Oz)伴燒汁 ($588），厚切西冷扒，表層的板燒網紋令賣相加分。剛好燒到5成熟，一切開就見到仍然粉嫩的肉，軟稔易咬，肉汁豐沛。安格斯牛肉漢堡配脆炸薯條，餡料簡簡單單的有芝士、生菜、蕃茄及安格斯牛肉。漢堡包不是軟熟的包，而是香脆的，配上又厚又多肉汁的安格斯牛肉、爽脆生菜，再加上半溶芝士的香，口感豐富之餘，味道亦夠滋味！薯條熱焫焫的炸起，又香又脆。Set Dinner的甜品是芒果芝士慕斯蛋糕及芒果雪葩，甜品的擺盤尚算可以，而味道幾乎拋諸腦後，因為最享受的是一名男職員幫忙拍照的過程。幾乎每一枱都由他操刀拍攝，好會指導擺拍，拍出來的照片也很不錯，背景是店內的藍藍燈海，就明白為何餐廳名叫Sky了！充滿蠔與牛的生日宴，壽星對食物味道感滿意，加上職員的慇切服務態度，好適合各類型的慶祝聚會飯局！ continue reading
