To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期又再來食自助餐，因為見openrice 有7折優惠。今次遲左少少到，但侍應都好有禮貌同幫我預留位置。2個人好彩坐到卡位，可以舒服地食。鵝肝一如既往十分肥美，而且會煎好一堆，唔使排隊。生蠔都算新鮮。刺身方面帶子唔錯，十分甜美，其他就正常水準。甜品有Mövenpick 雪糕，亦有其他不同選擇，值得一讚。惟一可惜今次自助餐冇左麵包蟹同小龍蝦。另外侍應幫手清碟速度好快手，服務十分好。價錢方面今次約每人600，價錢合理。如果平日搶5折的話就更加抵食了。 continue reading
