To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於牛頭角嘅「金飯館」真係一間值得一試嘅炒飯專門店,尤其係佢哋嘅炒飯系列,絕對係一大亮點。首先講講佢哋嘅椒鹽豬扒炒飯,$78一碟,份量多到驚人。飯粒粒分明,鑊氣十足,口感乾爽,無論係配搭炸蒜定係蔥花都令炒飯更加香噴噴。至於豬扒,更加係即叫即炸,每一塊都係大大塊,外脆內嫩,食落無油膩感,真係好滿足。每碟大概有五到六塊豬扒,質量同口感都保持得非常好,食落去完全唔會覺得乾柴。另一款必試嘅就係秘製沙嗲牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯,價錢一樣係$78。個雙蛋真係叫人睇住都覺得治癒,大大隻黃澄澄既靚蛋,煎到剛剛好嘅燶邊。沙嗲牛肉炒得微辣,配上粒粒分明嘅炒飯底,加埋濃稠嘅蛋漿,令成個炒飯更加有層次感,食落滿口香氣,真係一流!脆皮牛腩飯,$88。呢個菜式唔同於一般嘅牛腩飯,脆脆嘅外皮包住鬆軟嘅牛腩,口感好特別。而蠔仔肉碎泡飯,$78,就相對普通啲,無咩特別亮點。整體嚟講,金飯館喺炒飯方面絕對唔會令你失望,值得專程嚟試吓。

我之前一直都book埋咗呢間餐廳 因為佢嘅炒飯睇落去真係好吸引 粒粒風味咁樣,而且個份量都超大 所以今次就行遠少少去咗呢間❤️香煎安格斯牛柳粒炒飯呢個牛柳粒炒飯嘅份量都超級大 啲肉多到完全見唔到啲飯喺邊度 不過可能係啲醬太濃 所以食唔到個炒飯本身嘅鑊氣味❤️即炸雞扒炒飯本身想嗌個招牌椒鹽豬扒 點知嗌錯咗嗌咗個普通雞扒 味道都尚算OK 但係就唔係太驚艷 係一啲想像到嘅味道 不過我覺得個炒飯就冇乜味 純粹係份量多 我覺得兩個女仔分享一份都OK啦

之前喺網上見人哋介紹出色嘅炒飯,所以特登嚟試吓!去到係中午時間,都要排吓隊,5分鐘就入到,都算幾快!裏面嘅環境好似一般嘅茶餐廳,又唔算好迫!今次嗌咗兩款炒飯,分別係招牌蝦頭有炒飯,同埋即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒炒飯。先講吓蝦頭有炒飯,飯粒好乾身,睇得出師傅炒飯嘅功力!炒飯真係唔差,裏面亦都有好多蝦,同埋有海鮮又有櫻花蝦,同埋好有鑊氣!不過食到最後有啲鹹,但整體都係唔錯!另一個係椒鹽豬扒炒飯,食得出係即炸的豬扒,豬扒係切咗,上邊有好多好多避風塘嘅炸蒜喺上邊,豬扒係醃過,但係整體係鹹味比較多,少咗一啲甜味,而且有炒飯底,一樣係咁乾身,淨係食一個飯,飽到唔知點!整體係唔錯,價錢都唔貴,經過牛頭角可以試吓!

今日放工去咗觀塘搵嘢食啦🍴支持吓一啲本地小店💪💪呢間金飯碗雖然係平民化,但係佢午餐嘅時間都大排長龍㗎。皆因佢咁嘅價錢用料份量十足,對得住良心。淨係見到佢嚟嘅每一碟飯都大碟到🈵🈵🈵金飯碗主要係食炒飯為主,除咗鑊氣十足,而且抵食夾大件🤩麻甩佬去食啱晒🤭簡直就係男人的飯堂🍴✨椒鹽豬扒炒飯✨淨係豬扒已經有兩大塊鋪滿喺個飯上面,豬扒比較腍身,椒鹽味配搭避風塘炒料非常惹味🤪邪惡到爆炸💥✨招牌蝦頭油炒飯✨用蝦頭油去炒超級香,裏面有蝦,櫻花蝦,蠔仔配料絕對唔馬虎,一啲都唔輸蝕,而且炒飯炒得好乾身,粒粒分明,呢個係食炒飯嘅必要條件🥰✨蠔仔肉碎泡飯✨呢個飯普普通通唔算特別🤣✨椒鹽粟米✨油泡左嘅新鮮栗米一啲都唔會過火,粟米依然食出香甜多汁,濃濃椒鹽惹味😝

性價比極低7x蚊一碟椒鹽豬扒炒飯又唔係特別好食 求其一間茶餐廳都好食過佢間餐廳又熱死辣辣碟飯再好食都已經唔想食 更何況唔係好食唯一可以話好嘅係個份量夠大碟 但可惜咁難食 我去茶記食2碟唔好?
