To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相隔一段時間,又嚟到太古依間「AGE Cuisine Express」食Dinner,今次食咗佢哋其中一款招牌Pizza,味道上融合中、日、意元素,又係一道創意Fusion菜。*此餐廳收取加一服務費。秘汁和牛薄餅(單點$186),表面鋪有菠菜葉、凱薩沙律醬,和牛粒食落肉汁飽滿、牛味濃厚,略嫌太過細碎,配以海鮮醬食用,味道甜鹹,好足料,配料包括有蘑菇、車厘茄、洋蔥、水牛芝士,自家製批底口感薄脆。凱撒沙律(單點$88), 表面鋪有煙肉碎、麵包粒,羅馬生菜口感爽脆,配以凱撒沙律醬食用,味道清爽,略嫌沒有加入巴馬臣芝士製作。龍蝦濃湯(單點$84),口感稠身,味道鹹鮮、帶有回甘,內有鮮蝦、青口。意式奶凍配芒果甘露(單點$50),表面鋪有草莓、藍莓、柚子,奶凍食落入口即化,奶味醇厚,配以鮮芒果醬食用,味道酸甜。 continue reading

今日嚟到太古食晚餐,無意中喺網上面見到呢間餐廳,佢勁近太古站😎餐廳裝修唔錯,坐得幾舒服,餐廳仲可以包場😻我哋叫咗一個Dinner set,燒美國prime 牛扒🥩,晚餐會包餐湯麵包,主菜同埋甜品仲有飲品,性價比好高😻牛扒叫咗五成熟,牛味濃郁,肉質幾嫩滑🤤值得一提嘅係羅宋湯都勁足料,味道好正😎另外叫咗佢哋chef recommend 既即燒熟成黃油雞半隻,佢哋係即叫即整,所以上枱係熱辣辣,黃油雞皮脆肉滑,而且雞味好濃,入邊仲有薯仔紅蘿蔔等蔬菜,連啲蔬菜都好入味😻呢個係必點之選😎甜品都好靚,有兩個蛋糕同埋有擺碟,仲有啲生果,好適合打卡😎 continue reading
