地方淺窄但係長期排長龍,我哋兩個人一個就要最出名嘅牛脷定食另一個就叫三文魚骹定食,點知其他兩個嚟幫襯嘅人全部都係叫曬流利定食,真係非常有趣,因為通常啲人都鍾意嗌唔同嘢s開心hare,搞到我喺度諗究竟係唔係呢間餐廳淨係得牛脷好食其他嗰啲嘢唔掂呢。講返個牛脷定食,以158蚊嚟講咁嘅味道算係還可以啦,始終價錢喺呢個地段嚟講算係高嘅。不過佢份餐都幾豐富,首先佢個牛脷嘅數量真係多,而且個味道又真係唔錯,至於佢啲嘥啲就麻麻地,蒸蛋雜菜沙律配芝麻醬仲有嗰碗麵豉湯同埋嗰粒抹茶甜品似乎都係為咗令到個餐可以買158蚊而加落去。佢三文魚骹嗰個套餐味道都唔錯嘅,啲配菜同牛脷定食一樣都係麻麻地嘅。整體嚟講唔係唔係好食不過唔值得排長龍去等。 continue reading

朋友早於月初預約了秋嵐這家餐廳。最好要預約,因我們7pm到店時,店內已是全滿座的狀態。除了牛舌之外,餐廳還供應丼飯、串燒、爐端燒等等,環觀店內,目測可見絕大多客人都是點牛舌。我們也是慕名而至,直接點兩份極味厚切牛舌定食! 極味厚切牛舌定食,一上桌就見到厚厚的,粉嫩的牛舌!定食內容包括沙律、味增湯、茶碗蒸、牛舌咖喱、白飯、甜品。牛舌芯簡單的以鹽及黑椒略略調味,外層燒得帶微微焦香,中間部分軟嫩得來又彈牙,口感豐富。雖然配有三款醬料,有岩鹽、照燒汁及蔥油,但牛舌本身調味恰好,簡簡單單的擠點檸檬汁,令其帶點酸香清新就已很好吃!牛舌咖喱的牛舌沒那麼出色,但都炆煮得夠軟稔。茶碗蒸內有蟹柳及冬菇,又香又滑溜。甜品是蕨餅,口感煙韌。滿滿的一份定食,對我們兩個女生而言都好夠飽肚!秋嵐的厚切牛舌是在港嚐過的牛舌之中最為好吃~~ continue reading

之前行過見咁多人排隊等呢間,上網發現原來佢嘅燒牛舌好出名,所以決定收工同朋友黎試下。$188 一個牛舌set,另外加左$38 升級魚子飯,賣相睇落唔錯,牛舌都好大舊,不過開頭都有少少擔心牛舌咁厚會好難咬,食落又唔會,雖然外皮有少少韌,,但屬於可接受範圍。個人認為佢d 牛舌可以燒耐少少,中間感覺唔係幾夠熟。整體黎講屬於不過不失,又未去到想像中咁好食,可能牛舌份量偏多嘅關係,食到最尾一舊牛舌開始有「漏」嘅感覺 ,如果呢個份量同人share 應該會好d。 continue reading
