蠔仔粥呢碗蠔仔粥真係好正!粥煮得啱啱好,滑滑地,米粒唔會爛。蠔仔新鮮,海味十足,搭配個粥好合襯。湯頭清淡又鮮,仲有香蔥同胡椒粉,味道層次好豐富。蜜汁燒鱔蜜汁燒鱔係我今次用餐嘅亮點!鱔魚肉質嫩滑,經過蜜汁醃製,外皮微焦,但內裡保持住好多汁。蜜汁嘅甜味恰到好處,食一口又一口,根本停唔落來。鹵水拼盤(鵝片、墨魚、豬腩肉)呢道鹵水拼盤對於鍾意多樣口味嘅人真係好啱。鵝片厚薄啱啱好,鹵味入味,肉質滑嫩;墨魚口感彈牙,海味十足,搭鹵水嘅香料味,食落好美味;豬腩肉肥瘦相間,油脂香味同鹵水嘅香料味融合,真係好好味!拼盤擺得靚,色香味俱全。整體嚟講,呢間潮州餐廳嘅菜品唔單止保留咗傳統風味,仲喺口感同擺盤上做到極致。每道菜都讓我感受到潮州料理嘅獨特魅力。如果你對潮州菜有興趣,呢度真係值得一試! continue reading
