想去呢間野食好耐啦,星期日終於同女朋友去左。火鍋同燒烤一齊食,感覺的確好新奇。火鍋叫左冬蔭公湯底,味道ok,不夠辣,酸味適中。用來灼肥牛味道幾夾。點左幾樣都ok,係豬潤唔係黃沙既,差d。燒烤食物不錯,只要自己留意唔好燒“濃”就好。燒完食物有燒火香味,非常好。重點一提,服務好得出奇!全程有人教要點燒,要點整,仲批埋粟米,撈埋牛油。食完好滿意。好好味,好滿足。但埋單就真係貴左d既。我諗多d人黎,share食會好d。如果有d set 就更好啦。 continue reading

天氣凍凍地, 最好打邊爐。係Shatin其實選擇不多,最後去依間,因為有位唔洗等。不過坐低左,就有少少後悔。因為價錢一啲都唔平,係大酒樓價錢,大排檔格局。老實一句,有得打邊爐又可以串燒,其實感覺好新鮮,所以都唔會因為價錢而影響心情。叫咗羊肉、菇、雞翼及金沙骨串燒,羊肉要左兩串,雞翼一串有三隻,金沙骨就淨係得壹件,十幾廿蚊,真係好金嘅金沙骨。至於火鍋,叫咗冬陰公湯底,味道一般,又唔係太濃,$88湯底有蕃茄、水、蝦等等,但做火鍋湯底就真係淡咗少少。火鍋料就叫咗一啲美國肥牛,仲有兩碟菜,加埋響鈴。肥牛大大件,不過得個幾塊,咁就百幾蚊,真係好鬼貴。兩個人,食咗四百幾蚊,真係好貴! continue reading

千萬不要去這間食店,A級價錢,D級水準,火鍋湯底完全冇味,仲要淨係加水,完本已經冇味架啦!仲加水.....👍👍👍牛肉細碟收$188,雞脾一隻$46,牛仔骨一條,斬開三件,每件收$20。雞扒$38,再叫塊雞皮$10,塊雞扒係冇雞皮,隔離就係我另外叫嗰塊雞皮👍👍👍叫稻庭烏冬,佢就嚟咗碟普通烏冬,到我哋問佢,佢至話今日冇稻庭烏冬。阿老闆!兩者價錢是不一樣的!你知道嗎??????我朋友話,因為沙田冇乜兢爭,所以食物幾差都有人幫襯。Ok!! Fine!! 😡😡😡三個人,埋單$795~完全物無所值😤😤😤 continue reading

星期六放假~諗住約埋三五知己去食飯,但又諗唔到食咩~其中一位朋友就推介黎呢間食....起初聽到係要食室外都冇咩所謂啦~跟住仲要話係要食炭燒+打邊爐~~~心里就不禁講左句"痴線的....大熱天時食炭燒,真係前世未熱過"。但無耐真係諗唔到食咩,只好順住瘋子的意思~硬住頭皮去試下~~ 由於都幾早到 ,所以唔使等就有位。一去到見到個場同一般大排檔無咩唔同~係張台多左個大窿......跟住就開始叫野食,我地主力係食炭燒食物~首先叫左菠羅、羊架、海鮮同d平時BBQ的材料啦~~~~上場首先整左D波羅黎醒下胃先,跟住就係考真功夫的時候,燒海鮮~好在我地當中有個朋友對BBQ好有研究,所以由佢去發揮係一個好的選擇~~~場內提供的調味料有好多,可以任君選擇~~有好的廚師加上又有D好新鮮的海鮮~大家越食越知味。 燒燒下開始覺得熱,叫左D啤酒啤啤佢~~同其他地方不同的係用戰鬥碗黎飲啤唔係用杯~~真係覺得飲起黎好有FEEL~一班人係個咁FREE的環境下~把酒談心真係一個唔錯的選擇~~ 食下食下店內越來越多人,跟住放在場的調味料就不夠用~而且加炭又有D費時~~所以要預早少少同店員講好加炭,唔係就要重新開爐.....這是有待改善的地方~ 總括而言,這是一個不錯的食飯選舉~我有點感謝我地的瘋子大廚推介,真係一個意料之外而且有氣氛的地方~我真心認為可以一試~特別係一D想大顯自己料理的人士更加需要一試~ continue reading

同好多人一樣,睇左無記的夜宵磨而發現這家店,同時剛有朋友在國外回來,又想不到食咩,所以希望試一下體驗一些較特別點菜式。原本想話打個電話訂個位,不用去到等,點知阿姐話先到先得,有點失望,但都不礙我們想試試的心情。大約七點去到,有放枱的位置已坐滿人(上晝落雨,少左枱),等左10分鐘左右,可能有點熱冇乜人。坐上枱即時拎起menu,點左個海鮮煱,叫左D菜同海鮮清清腸胃先。但因為要準備炭爐同煱所以等左約十分鐘,又要等個煱滾,所以有開始叫到可以落野用左20分鐘左右。首先,個煱係幾足料的,有D蝦同大蜆配撘羅白薯仔等。跟住係我們叫的海鮮,有元貝、蝦等,都幾新鮮大隻,對得起呢個價$。唯一爭少少係配豉油的調味料,只有4種,不太滿足到我呢D喜歡混醬的客人。打完邊爐,隨即就換上燒烤裝備。轉換速度尚算快,我們叫了牛肉、豬扒、厚多士、海鮮等,這些都需要閣下自己的個人手藝。食物醃得不錯,但唯獨雞中翼差左小小,有點淡。最值得一提的係原條燒茄子,老板見我地攪到一頭煙,就出手教我地點整,本來本人並不好茄子,但試過老板的手勢,真的停不了口~最後,我覺得夏天先來燒野食真係要做足準備,真係幾熱。但係為左食出風味,都值得一試。推介大家想試試不同風味,可以去下。 continue reading
