今日去咗丼道食晚飯,晚上8:30 依然坐滿席,佢嘅味道一直都發揮得好穩定出色。今晚點咗火灸三色丼,入面分別有灸燒三文魚、左口魚同埋鰻魚。三種魚生都好新鮮,特別鰻魚係又大件又厚肉,佔了整個碗2分1。魚生燒得恰度好處,亦不會太乾身。淋上些少醬油,完全感受到魚的鮮味和融入。沙律菜作為前菜來講,都算是好大一碟,上面淋了芝麻醬,開胃醒神。三文魚親子丼,鮮甜的三文魚配上三文魚籽,賣相搶眼奪目。淋上少許醬油,夾上三文魚刺身和白飯一起配搭,加上爆汁的三文籽,呢個套餐實惠味道豐富。 continue reading

上水廣場的「丼道」,午膳時間都座無虛席,今天晏少少食午餐,剛好趕上兩點開始的下午茶時段。餐廳光潔開揚,時尚簡約風格,座位寬敞,中間設有島形吧枱。下午茶包括:主菜、湯和飲品,更可以半價升級其他飲品。“和風咖喱炸雞飯”即炸雞塊,外皮酥脆,裏面的雞肉仍保持鮮嫩,十分難得。配上微辣的日式咖喱、薯仔、甘筍,特別滋味。“滑蛋吉列大蝦拼蠔丼”吉列蝦及吉列蠔炸得香脆,蝦肉和蠔都鮮美甘甜,滑蛋炒得香滑,配上加入醬汁的珍珠米飯,脆、滑、香集於一碗。“牛肉湯烏冬拼炸餃子”肥牛肉份量不少,肉質幼嫩,肥瘦適中。炸餃子調味適中,有口感,配上爽滑烏冬,非常美味。“味噌湯”味道濃郁,有昆布和豆腐皮。“和風雪糕脆窩夫”賣相精緻,牛奶抹茶扭紋雪糕,奶味特別香濃,加上脆皮窩夫及脆脆米,又軟又脆,雙重口感。“芒果蒟蒻多多”芒果汁加入益力多、新鮮芒果碎肉及蒟蒻,創意配搭,味道天然。“熱摩卡”香濃摩卡咖啡,朱古力和咖啡味道相得益彰。用親民價享用和風美食,難怪經常都客似雲來。 continue reading

今次呢間餐廳真係好正,話說今晚同媽媽去左上水廣場3樓嘅丼道食日本野,延續去日本個鋪癮,味道同質素不失喺日本當地食。價錢仲要好抵,唔會貴過深圳。晚市加定食都只係百零蚊,有齊哂刺身、烏冬、照燒雞扒丼、炸物同埋飲品和麵豉湯,仲要加埋雪糕添,抵到不得了。顧名思義當到梗係要試下佢嘅丼飯啦,佢用個隻珍珠米好有飯香,而且粒粒都晶瑩剔透彈牙,照燒雞扒皮脆而肉軟淋,老人家食都讚不絕口,配埋個超鮮味湯烏冬加埋小食真係一流。跟餐嘅刺身仲有一隻大嘅赤海蝦,非常新鮮,平時一份今日刺身喺其他壽司舖叫都要成100蚊。我地點左綠茶雪糕茶味好濃郁亦都好香滑雪糕筒都好脆個餅底好味,非常性價比極高嘅一餐飯。小食嘅打生蠔香脆而且入邊好多汁,鮮嫩無比,食到唔想停。炸餃子就係正宗嘅日本菜肉餃子,皮薄餡靚。呢間裝到真係樣樣都好食。如果要講性價比真係有100分。原來裝個APP仲有會員優惠,哩個價錢簡直係家常便飯價錢,一定會再嚟又再嚟過。 continue reading
