To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時返工放飯,遇啱放下午茶時間嘅話,都會嚟食,一個人易搵位,食物唔差,價錢👌今次叫咗冬陰功扎肉湯河,我轉了金邊粉,飲品就叫咗熱鴛鴦($40)食落係好濃郁嘅冬陰功湯,札肉就普普通通,食到底有點辣,份量足,味道唔差👌,熱鴛鴦味道👌,起碼食得飽整體來講,食物👌,服務👌,價錢👌

下午茶時段去食一個焗飯套餐都係40令蚊左右另外加12蚊有兩隻牛油雞翼超抵食不過份量就唔係話好飽然之後我另外嗌多個手抓餅薯條薯條嘅份量唔多多手抓餅都有一大塊不過不失啦,但係買單80幾蚊食到兩個下午茶餐都幾抵食如果下次過嚟同朋友三個人嗌兩個茶餐就好抵食晏啲食嘅話都可以唔使再食晚飯

我們是外區客特登來將軍澳跑步,入咗附近商場就揀咗呢間餐廳試吓,裝修不錯,有格調,第一次來叫左泰皇椰汁焗豬扒飯($66)和紅咖哩牛肉飯配泰國香米。焗豬扒飯配水椰汁芝士感覺很新鮮的配搭,飯底是炒飯底,有誠意。第一次冇影相,只影了餐牌。紅咖哩牛肉少辣🌶️,配白飯一個,有不少牛肉和蔬菜(洋蔥,蕃茄仔,秋葵),感覺健康些。我哋見到隔離枱食泰式醬烤骨食得好惹味,所以第二次帶同家人遊覽將軍澳再試吓,醬烤骨係豬骨再配勁多蒜蓉芫荽同檸檬汁,好開胃,要用手食(有手套提供),有6大舊檸檬水(加9蚊- 半價左)幾特別,同出面的檸檬水唔同,沒有檸檬,用檸檬汁,但我幾鍾意飲,雖然唔知點整。鱸魚配的汁酸酸地少少辣,都幾開胃🤤。蝦醬炒通菜墨魚餅(小食)

購買完成後半小時也未取得外賣,詢問吓員工態度極差,香港食肆倒閉原因,其實就是這類商舖員工態度問題所影響,所以(泛亞飲食集團)旗下商鋪培訓員工是非常重要的,魚樂餐廳只係你們集團其中一間餐廳,你們招攬飲食食市也有一定準則,如這樣的餐廳你們可能會賺錢,但係輸了口碑,你們認為值得嗎?我經過這次經驗,我以後不會光顧這間娛樂餐廳,在等待取餐這段時間,如堂食也完成用餐, (其實深層次的原因就是你們員工唔夠就不要接太多單,這樣流程就比較順𣈱,可以減低員工壓力,對僱客態度又不至於這樣,合適培訓員工計劃對於服務性行業是很重要的,員工對僱客態度😡😡😡
