發掘尖沙咀好去處,除咗行商場之外,梗係唔少得發掘吓有咩好嘢食,尖沙咀一到夜晚就爆曬人,要揀餐廳嘅話梗係要試吓啲有噱頭嘅餐廳啦。呢間以日式風格做主打嘅餐廳,啱晒我哋一邊食,一邊relax,一邊傾偈吹水面頭落咗啲黑胡椒同埋南蠻味增嘅厚燒牛舌南蠻,厚度有成2cm咁滯,牛扒都冇咁厚,食落又唔會韌到有筋,加埋啲檸檬汁一齊食,酸酸鹹鹹咁,都幾好食。沖繩腐乳聽落好新奇有趣,梗係要試吓!其實食落去個味道同芝士蛋糕有啲似,腐乳用喺甜品度竟然意外地咁夾!豬肉柚子胡椒燒,炒豬肉麵筋同埋燒豬手整得幾出色,豬肉片切得薄薄哋好香口,炒得好香,食落去好惹味,肥瘦均勻,真係會食唔停口。雞肉棒係用新鮮嘅食材自己整嘅,外皮燒得好脆口,入面唔會太多軟骨,所以更加鬆軟綿滑,點埋啲蛋黃醬之後口感仲滑,係我嚟食日料必點嘅item👍苦瓜炒豬肉:苦瓜、豬肉、雞蛋等等一齊炒,講真要食之前都係會有一絲猶豫嘅,但下一秒就覺得猶豫係多餘嘅。同平時食開嘅苦瓜唔同,呢碟苦瓜處理得好好,回甘鮮甜,瓜肉爽脆,真係一啖接一啖食唔停。食完飯嚟個菠蘿雪葩,特別清新。成個新鮮菠蘿起肉打成雪葩,再擺喺菠蘿入面拎上嚟,菠蘿香味特別濃郁,冰感幼細,而且唔會太甜。 continue reading

好耐冇去我最鍾意嘅居酒屋食晚飯喇,特別懷念嗰邊嘅刺身,所以今晚打算過去食。我同以前一樣,一個人都可以點好多餸,因為真係太好味啦!苦瓜豬肉:豬肉肉質鮮嫩,加埋清脆嘅苦瓜,口感非常多層次,越食越有胃口!而且呢度嘅苦瓜一啲都唔苦,非常可口!雞肉棒:呢度嘅雞肉棒係自製嘅,沾埋生蛋黃一齊食,更加滑順香濃,肉質軟嫩,仲有雞肉獨有嘅香氣,超好味!炒豬肉麵筋:佢哋嘅麵筋真係前所未有咁好食,富有彈性嘅口感,加埋豬肉嘅香氣,食到停唔到口!腐乳:腐乳煮得非常入味,口感好滑,絕對唔會卡牙,特別鍾意佢哋調制嘅味道,好符合腐乳嘅口感。串燒雞肉:肉燒得啱啱好,唔會柴,然後搭配梅子醬,味道好香甜,放入口嗰瞬間,可以食到燒雞嘅香味,好美味!花生豆腐:非常清甜,但甜度適中,唔會膩,放入口都可以充分品嚐到豆腐嘅滑嫩,仲有花生本身嘅香氣,食咗一口根本停唔到口!刺身喜之次:呢度嘅喜之次表面係用火灸嘅,魚肉顏色鮮紅,肉質非常細膩,仲有非常豐富嘅膠原蛋白,食起嚟特別順口。呢度嘅食物水準一啲都冇變,一樣新鮮好味,簡直係我嘅TOP 1 日本料理! continue reading
