To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 10月頭同朋友喺九龍灣食過一次,覺得好抵食,今次約多啲朋友一齊食再食過今次去咗尖東分店,地點好方便一去到要把握時間,即刻落單叫定蟹叫咗清蒸大閘蟹同鹽焗大閘蟹,我鍾意食鹽焗大閘蟹多啲,食落蟹膏味道濃啲雖然係大閘蟹放題,但佢冇限住你一次係幾多隻,你食得晒唔浪費就OK除咗大閘蟹之外,片皮鴨都好好食,皮脆肉嫩,而且唔肥,啱晒我哋長期要減肥嘅女士🤣🤣🤣蟹粉豆苗都係必食,超好味個叉燒肥瘦均勻,可以媲美出面幾百蚊一小碟既質素另外呢個鮑魚冬菇,鮑魚我冇食到,但冬菇好入味好香👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻食完返緊屋企嗰陣已經諗緊幾時食下一次😍😍😍 continue reading

6:30入座,然後6:50啲蟹先上,仲要凍冰冰,又好細隻餐廳有供應啲任攞既糯米飯、楊枝甘露、片皮鴨,呢啲都味道正常,但冇話好好食套餐中包埋冬菇鮑魚同埋蟹粉豆苗,蟹粉豆苗啲蟹粉冇味唔鮮,又係勁難食同好油。懷疑餐廳係用啲唔新鮮既蟹又或者係擺凍左,啲蟹冇咩味而每隻蟹好細,蟹蓋都係冇咩膏,望落去好污糟咁,唔知啲蟹咩來源,所以最後都唔係食好多最離譜係7:30果陣叫左轉甜品,等左半個鐘都未黎,再落多次單就上但double量既野食,重點係啲紅棗糕同奶黃千層糕都係凍冰冰成餐既感覺就係唔新鮮同埋野食係凍既🥲人均$500幾,完全唔抵,建議用$500買好多大閘蟹自己係屋企蒸仲好🥹 continue reading

第一次食陶源大閘蟹放題,佢哋有三款口味大閘蟹,清蒸,花雕同鹽焗~我哋一檯三人一致認為鹽焗係最好食,可能係因為有少少鹽味,吊番蟹嘅鮮味出嚟~ 第二轉叫嘅係花雕~不過蟹醋就略嫌偏酸,加番多啲庶糖就完美,問左員工,一個話已經加咗 , 問佢有無糖可以自加,得白糖😆工作關係成日都會食到鮑魚,所以無咩特別吸引到我, 但佢隻花菇勁厚身,我要比個讚佢~蟹粉豆苗~ 都係3人前份量一坐低2分鐘未叫嘢已秒上咗個金湯小米燴遼參,員工話食蟹前打個底無咁寒wo , 我寒底人士立即乖乖隊晒佢 ~第一轉嘅蟹因為掛住食就無影到,之後就愈開愈ok ~開蟹好似盲盒咁 影得太多開始放棄唔想影最後發現搞咗好耐都upload 唔到相上食評(但食物相簿又upload 到)唯有放棄擺相😌 continue reading
