🚩雞 全部都係雞 款式多但平平無奇🚩📍 癡膠雞香港餐廳價錢高昂是人所共知的現象,既便宜質素又高的食物可謂可遇不可求。今天來到灣仔,看到這間專門食雞的店舖,每款竟然只需六十多元,Openrice上又好評如潮,決定去一試究竟。🍴藥膳黃酒花膠雞上海麵 ($68)麵種可以選米線、米粉、上海麵和薯粉,如果不想食麵,選擇飯都可以。整個麵甚至可以跟火爐上,令湯底的溫度得以保持,口感更佳。先要讚藥膳湯底出色,酒味充足之餘又鮮甜,配上海麵簡直一流。用餐後一段時間也沒有明顯口渴感。花膠方面有兩塊,但偏小塊,亦不算太腍。至於這裡主打的雞,反而是較失望的部分。不知是否用火爐上的關係,雞肉偏熟令肉質較乾身又沒有很嫩滑。如果你是因為食雞而來,可能就會有點期望落空。🍴明太子釀雞翼 ($20/隻)店內有多樣小食提供,由於眼見主打雞,所以要了這個明太子釀雞翼。但吃下去質素只算普通,正常水平,試試其他小食可能更好。 continue reading
