朋友介紹去咗試,喺酒店🏨既LG2,環境幾好👍🏻,坐得舒服😌。開咗普洱茶,幾皓😌飲。手撕雞幾滑,有皮,好食😋。豉油皇大蝦🍤,真係皓大隻,啖啖肉。有炸脆脆。咖喱🍛石斑,夠香夠辣,配油酥餅皓皓食。叫咗個菜瓜。仲有腰果炒雞粒,惹味。炸麥皮蝦可以😌連殼食,皓香口。炒貴刁,但蝦唔夠分。

Weekend 中午唔係太多人,可以好寧靜咁享受午餐。點菜後送上蝦片及醬料。檳城醬超級惹味,有少少微辣。點蝦片食好絕配。燕麥軟殼蝦好脆口,連蝦殼一啖食,好香口。平時抗拒食蝦頭,今次由蝦頭食到蝦尾。就算過左半個鐘,啲燕麥仲係脆口。胡椒燒鴨有啲似黑椒汁,胡椒味反而食唔到。雖然係燒鴨,但係鴨肉又唔會鞋。食落好似有少少煙燻味。半隻分量兩個人係食唔晒。非常欣賞餐廳服務,侍應們會不停會換碟加水斟茶。係點菜時,主動提醒個set lunch 已經包左兩碗白碗,再加一個麵會太多。係灣仔區值得去既酒店餐廳。

食物🤤🤤🤤整體冇乜伏 五個人食 有少少淨蝦片好食 整體偏淡 點埋中間個醬就幾balance 只不過擺到食飯中途就已經淋淋地 冇食曬takeaway咗 氣炸番仲好食過一開始叉燒好食 舊肉夠林 肥而不膩 表面焦香 兩客肉骨茶可以分到五人 一人一小碗 幾足料炸蝦意想不到好食 蝦頭蝦身蝦尾都炸到超脆 食曬 蝦肉唔腥唔梅 啲炸物碎碎都好脆 抵食海南雞熟咗少少 啲肉唔滑 啲醬正正常常 半隻雞 份量都幾足乳鴿好重煙燻味 不過塊皮唔夠脆 都唔差嘅 評論好多都高度讚揚 所以少少失望肉餅香口味道正常幾好食菜好惹味 馬拉盞炒幾好食炒貴刁夠乾身 甜品 不合個人口味 椰絲卷暖暖地不過甜到爆炸 糯米糍個皮粉感好明顯 冇任何煙煙靭靭嘅感覺 服務👍好到有壓力因為比較早食 個場冇乜客 最少十個waiter一字排開望住我哋坐低負責我哋枱嘅waiter見到個杯冇水即刻沖過嚟斟茶見到隻碟有骨即刻換新碟環境幾靚坐得舒服💜💜係灣仔咁嘅服務咁嘅食物質素cp值算高值得再去

朋友係外國返黎, 今日去佢住咗間酒店去搵下佢, 咁耐冇見, 順便一齊食下飯傾計.近近地揀咗酒店既星馬餐廳, 以藍色為主調, 裝修華麗, 座位寛闊, 感覺舒服, 又唔會太嘈, 方便傾計.咖喱魚配飛餅: 魚好滑, 同埋好入味, -d 都唔鞋口, 飛餅即叫即煎, 熱辣辣, 香脆可口,沾咖喱汁食好惹味檳城福建蝦湯麵:蝦大隻彈牙, 蝦湯味道香濃, 但不太咸, 麵係滲滲, 分別有米粉和油麵, 配料十足貓山王楊枝甘露: 好少見楊枝甘露配貓山王, 一見到個menu 已經諗定飯後甜品選d 樣, 果然冇令我失望, 好多貓山王榴連肉, 味道香濃, 再配埋個楊枝甘露一齊食, 配搭特別又好味
