「叁去壹」是40年老字號小茶居,位於西營盤地舖馬路旁。由於在生意初期其中一位師傅決定退股,只當一名僱員,因此起名為「叁去壹」。坐位唔算多,細細間,門口出面都有枱。入面有風扇同一部冷氣,但由於門口冇門,冷氣會走曬,加埋廚房同坐位好近,天氣熱的話🥵,再飲埋熱茶就辛苦少少🤏🏻但仍可接受👌🏻(蒸點心廚房喺門口位)🫖🍵茶位 $6 /位 (普洱/香片/水仙/壽眉)設有英文菜單,方便旅客蟹黃燒賣 $23 (4粒)面頭見到有蟹黃點綴,咬落偏粉,唔算彈牙,介乎酒樓同街邊燒賣嘅口感。但充滿好香嘅菇味🍄🟫同大地魚🐟味。大小屬一口細size,得兩個人食都唔會heavy。鮮蝦餃 $23 (4粒)大細同燒賣一样,屬一口size。蝦蓉餡雖然唔係大酒樓的脆肉大蝦,但食落調味唔會似酒樓咁淡,原來係加咗炸乾蔥肉嘅油😍😍😍味道黎講小編鍾意蝦餃多過燒賣👍🏻棉花雞 $23 (2件)蓮蓉包 $22 (3件)兩樣都屬正常發揮,不過不失。鮮竹牛肉 $22 (2粒) (相中左邊)大大粒,食落滿足,味道正常發揮👌🏻鯪魚球 $22 (2粒)(相中右邊)小編最愛這道菜😍😍😍平時食嘅都係食蜆蚧炸鯪魚球,原來蒸嘅仲好食!蒸嘅冇炸嘅咁實肉,口感像山竹牛肉球,夠濕潤💦,有魚味🐟,有胡椒僻鯹,一球大大粒,食落有滿足感。小編初嘗眼前一亮🤩😋推👍🏻結論- 小編同友人2位食中午飯,由於每樣份量都唔算多,試咗6款點心都唔會超級飽。- 店員好有禮、有人情味、上菜添茶速度快👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻- 近幾年都加價不少,大小都縮咗水(by同行的當區居民),性價比坦白講唔高,單靠味道不足以令小編回頭。但小編覺得本地老字號、自家工場(閣樓)製作、下一代嘅傳承都係值得支持下嘅!🫡💪🏻

Unbeatable price and excellent quality food! Even though there are a lot of “fast food” type dim sum places easily accessible around Hong Kong, I always come back to this place for some traditional dim sum, as it just has that extra TLCStaff are very friendly and food is served fast, often right off the steamer! Would 100% recommend the lor bak go and cheung fun, although their steamed rice dishes are also hard to beat

今次行過西環,心血來潮嘆返份早茶🍵,真系意外發現呢家茶樓,內裡氣氛悠閒,仲有嗰份老香港嘅味道!叉燒包真系得意,面層鬆軟得嚟,咬落去叉燒餡湧出嘅香甜汁液令人回味無窮。糯米雞又點?正喎!糯米軟稔,肉質香美而無沙,少見嘅大包更加霸氣,一個足以滿足實在系超值。講到精髓,啱啱包裝嘅燒賣更加唔使講,肉嘅鮮香、彈牙感同埋嗰幾粒蟹籽爆發嘅口感👍,實在過癮!講緊蝦腸,蝦爽滑嫩啖,賣相都啱晒,啖啖蝦肉,食肚好滿足啊!呢度遠唔止得呢幾款好食,馬拉糕嘅甜度啱哂口,不過最後真係要讚下大包—無得輸,多層次口感配上雞肉嘅鮮味,真系難忘!雖然佢嘅店舖唔算太花哨,仲要可能要等位,但佢們嘅服務真心、有禮,值得過來坐低吹吹水,品嚐下舊香港嘅招牌點心。話咁快,已經諗住下次再黎幫襯喇!😊

叄去壹位置其實相當偏僻,所以很久沒有去了。適逢來到附近便和老婆重溫一下,也帶外母和工人姐姐試試。去到已經二時後,部分點心如所有腸粉已售罄。我們錢幾乎把能點的點心都點了兩輪,賣相仍然精緻,比一般酒樓小而美。蝦餃水凖依舊仍然能夠保持,鳳爪牛肉也能保持水準,可惜的是燒賣比以前差了少少。今次點了普洱茶,茶香而滑,不是一般酒樓可比。外母竟然從未聽聞此老店,她對此店的一切都很感興趣也很要喜歡這裡的食物。最近很多老店結業,希望此能夠堅持下去。

黎叁去壹最緊要食既唔係點心,而係佢哋既古早味情懷~淨係佢哋既裝修都感受到滿滿既年代感~ (坐落喺前西區裁判法院斜對面,得到西區土著科普話以前哄動一時既某明星頂包案就喺係呢度開庭~)叁去壹點心價錢方面都算相宜~而且食得出唔係一般工場出品,而係佢哋既自家製手工點心~蝦餃燒賣都係21蚊四粒細細粒容易食,蝦餃🦐皮晶瑩通透唔係薄身皮但火候控制得好唔會蒸到溶溶爛爛一夾就散晒,蝦味唔出但幾爽口~蟹黃燒賣紮紮實實幾啱我口味~豬肉混合冬菇🍄夠鮮美,同平時唔同係呢款唔會太肥膩但又帶有油脂香~棉花雞有冬菇,雞,蟹柳,墊底既魚肚脹卜卜索滿湯汁,仲有個芋頭係超冧入口即化~呢兩樣先係個靈魂所在~鳳爪正常比平時偏甜小小~ 蠔油腐皮卷個樣好普通但食落足料好味,有椰菜、木耳、紅蘿蔔呢啲配料令到口感豐富。加埋蠔油芡完全係細個食開既口味~牛肉球無平時既馬蹄同芫荽味,肉質彈牙~加埋喼汁更加正~其實幾鍾意佢哋相對比較袖珍式既點心🫖 就算係一兩個人去都可以試下唔同既款式~當日去唔見佢哋隻貓貓,略有所失,下次經過再去探下貓貓~p.s. 記得佢哋既營業時間係05:30 - 14:30,唔好摸門釘呀~
