To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ~Tea set~🍜 魚蛋魚腐米線 🍜$41~~~魚湯飲到真材實料魚味👍~~~配料:有芽菜,鮮腐竹,魚蛋,響鈴,感覺都新鮮彈牙~~~ 🥤 熱銀菊蜜 🥤唔使加錢,不過不失~~~枱同凳嘅高度比例好似有啲奇怪,唔係幾就手😂~~~想清清哋一餐嘅人不妨一試😋~~~

魚米之前試過食魚湯米線煎魚,見餐牌晚飯時段有燉湯二人套餐$179,兩個人食好似幾抵,所以今晚又走去試試。二人套餐有兩餸、一個燉湯、兩碗白飯、兩杯飲品,見好似幾抵就試一次。果醋汁豬扒,帶酸酸甜甜都幾開胃,豬扒算幾好喎,起碼唔鞋先。魚米主打魚,咁就要試下叫麵醬蒸鱸魚,魚用麵醬來蒸,蒸出來魚算新鮮味道都ok,不過不失!鮑魚姬松茸老雞燉湯,二人份量都幾足料,有幾件雞加了松茸菇,雞肉煲到鞋食唔到,但有啖湯飲下,不過我覺得稍為鹹咗啲。間舖可能唔夠人手,店員態度真係麻麻。

第一次寫食評就俾左呢間餐廳~真係好嬲頭髮金毛女職員態度惡劣,問多兩句態度已經非常唔耐煩~ 好似食免費飯甘, 黑口黑面~呢杯特飲叫水蜜桃QQ椰果,蜜桃碎都冇,成杯罐頭水加冰, 對得住加了$15呢個錢? 成餐飯完全食唔飽仲要受氣~ 呢間餐廳永遠無下一次

工作完成後去附近醫下肚, 魚米好耐無食, 叫左海鱸魚加$轉准山麵, 另外加左杯金桔蜜叫佢較淡d, 無敢甜, 等左一陣, 杯野送到, 係淡d好d, 無敢甜, 飲落幾好味👍, 之後海鱸魚同准山麵到了, 不過坐近廚房, 原來店員出餐前會係條魚上面加d鹽, 先飲啖魚湯, 好香濃魚味又夠熱👍, 飲多幾啖湯再食麵, 個麵浸左湯幾好味👍, 條魚落左鹽, 感覺有d咸, 個人覺得唔需要加😅, 條魚表面其實炸得滯, 但魚都滑, 不過唔係太食到魚的鮮味🤣, 不過喜歡魚的你, 魚米都係一個好選擇, 但不能要求太高😸
