我好鍾意呢度嘅設計,亦都好鍾意呢度嘅菜式名稱。餐廳設計嘅非常之古色古香,連小菜嘅名都非常之特別例如三顧草廬,空城之計,白雪藏龍。金縷浴衣聽個名會唔會估到佢係啲乜嘢呢?原來係就係蒜泥白肉,好香嘅蒜蓉味加埋辣辣地嘅辣椒油,令到一片片好似浴衣咁嘅豬腩肉變成金縷。招牌口水雞,滑滑嘅雞肉,就算係雪凍左肉質仲係好滑,唔會韌。上面啲辣汁有少少辣,但係又唔會搶咗雞嘅鮮味,恰到好處。空城之計,係南瓜入邊掏空咗個心,加埋啲排骨入去蒸,享受自然的南瓜清甜,係食川菜嘅刺激過程中會有一啲緩和嘅感覺。再整返個五代同堂炒,用五種唔同嘅蝦製品來炒個飯,有鮮蝦仁,有櫻花蝦乾底,凸顯出唔同嘅蝦嘅味道。往往我都好鍾意揀啲名特別啲嘅嚟叫,就知唔知道佢係啲乜嘢嚟都想叫,就係想期待拒嘅出現。

招牌口水雞,滑滑嘅雞肉,就算係雪凍左肉質仲係好滑,唔會韌。上面啲辣汁有少少辣,但係又唔會搶咗雞嘅鮮味,恰到好處。
