在這個炎熱的夏天, 星期六下午在灣仔想涼冷氣舒舒服服地吃一餐午餐, 突然間想起在凱聯2樓的紅花會。尖椒黃金皮蛋首先點了一份小食, 平日吃到大多數只是尖椒皮蛋, 但這裡的黃金皮蛋實屬罕見。濃厚的咸蛋黃配上嫩滑的皮蛋, 味道與口感層次豐富, 而且尖椒的味道亦很突出。茶燻樟茶鴨主菜部分今天揀選了這碟茶燻樟茶鴨, 擺碟精美, 一放上枱時已散發陣陣香氣, 鴨皮燒得香脆無比, 鴨肉被燻得非常入味, 肉香嫩滑。鮮雞燴麵雞柳很嫩滑可口, 燴麵的質感爽彈, 而且麵的湯底很香濃, 令人食指大動。蔥油麵這碗蔥油麵我相信很難在一般餐廳品嚐到, 經撈勻後, 醬油和香蔥的味道配合得天衣無縫。
