To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次黎呢間川菜館食午餐,平時見佢晚市人均好貴,以為午餐都唔平,點知個套餐都幾抵食。前菜有三樣野,每人一件:糖心帶子,鴨鬆春卷,蒜泥白肉。三樣都整得好有心機。尤其個鴨鬆春卷,個皮好夠薄同脆,小小麻辣,個味調得好好。蒜泥白肉無影到相。雖然內面唔多涵,但個味好足。大虎蝦要額外加錢,但隻蝦夠晒大,好多肉。金蒜牛柳,啲蒜片好脆好香。最重要係個牛好稔,煮得好好,個牛本身靚,煮又煮的有水準。讚!個魚好滑唔重味,比較清,建議先食左魚再食其他野,松露雞,個雞都幾多肉菜餃裡面啲菜比我想像中新鮮,本身以為佢會比急凍餃,但佢呢隻係新鮮包,睇啲菜既質地就知,啲色水夠綠,同埋仲有菜汁。擔擔麵真係好掂!!!個湯就咁睇都夠濃,食落又唔會流,個麻辣好夠味,個湯仲要有落蝦米(相影唔到)仲要係好多蝦米! 好有驚喜~~~佢本身個套餐298,我哋叫既主菜要另外加錢,兩個人埋單每個人400 蚊有找。個套餐都幾抵食,啲野食水準幾好。

三樣都整得好有心機。尤其個鴨鬆春卷,個皮好夠薄同脆,小小麻辣,個味調得好好。
