To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日突登早一個月 book 左對住海景嘅枱,因為疫情關係去到見到其實都係得幾枱客人 🙈 前菜要左滕椒花枝,上菜時見到好似朵花咁好驚喜!每片花枝都切到好薄,好有心思。滕椒嘅辣味係好爽,我唔係好食得辣,食住會有標汗嘅感覺但又好想再食,出色!唔少得嘅片皮鴨,師傅會推架車出尼喺隔離切鴨肉。皮脆肉嫩,麵粉皮好軟熟,一定要趁熱食,擺涼左會好乾完全唔同左口感荷香黑蒜津白係一個竹筒咁上菜,擺得幾靚,津白好腍好入味。仲有個蟹肉蛋白炒飯都好食,飯粒乾身咸淡適中Book 枱時講左係慶祝生日,所以叫個甜品有糖粉砌嘅 happy birthday 同蠟燭,影相靚靚。朱古力柑桔我以為係類似橙味朱古力,但原來係得朱古力脆脆流心喺入面,柑桔只係橙色個皮,有啲似煎堆
