這家店以潮汕牛肉火鍋作藍本店內裝修以懷舊為主牆上全是七八十年代的裝飾生於那個年代的你應感到很親切雖然懷舊但點菜卻選用ipad湯底揀了鴛鴦味道一半牛骨一半酸菜兩者味道都濃郁有別於潮汕常用的牛清湯牛肉選擇多且有特別部位供應點了軟腍有肉味的牛頸脊肩胛翼牛朴肉則肉質稍硬不過一試無妨反而封門柳頗腍但卻少了肉味個人最愛滑尾龍其肉質真的肉如其名這款牛肉上枱時也伴有雞蛋蔬菜選了特別爽脆的的羽衣甘藍然後追加了牛丸及牛肉餃子牛丸很濃肉味吃得出是足料貨餃子有六隻皮很薄饀靚又足料飲品試了他們的菊花桂圓露清新不太甜又好清熱正好解一解牛肉的熱毒

牛丸很濃肉味吃得出是足料貨

清新不太甜又好清熱
