牛牛嘅愛好者當然要周圍試出色嘅牛肉打邊爐,依家食牛肉越來越講究,打邊爐唔單單再剩係食牛頸脊同肥牛,呢度有大量唔同牛牛嘅部位畀你試!「橫隔肌」「雪花胸肋」「匙柄」「牛朴肉」「牛杭爪」你地又食過未?食靚牛肉最好揀返佢地嘅清湯底,飲落非常清甜,飲得出用咗好多牛骨烹煮,用黎烚牛肉又唔會畀湯底蓋過晒啲味!我自己始終鐘意食脂肪比例多,入口充滿牛油香嘅牛肉,所以「雪花胸肋」同「牛朴肉」係我心目中排名最高。另外,我亦喜歡「牛杭爪」,雖然佢係比較有咬口,但佢類似屬於半肥瘦嘅牛肉,既有肉味又有脂肪香。
