To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於28樓,整所餐廳以沈實的木材作主題,入口以一棵掛著許多細小紅牌的許願樹襯托著,感覺確實如置身胡同內。踏進餐廳,取而代之的是全層落地玻璃外的維港海景,所有桌椅均採用與主題相應的實木,貫徹著胡同的感覺。基於餐廳大部分人客均是外藉人仕,侍應們都以英語招待。因為只有我和女友前往進餐,點的菜不能太多,只點了兩道前菜,兩碗湯羹和一道主菜。前菜有雲海白玉(柚子帶子)和聖旨到(蔥蒜聖子)帶子十分鮮甜,柚子的輕微酸和苦能帶出帶子的甜,可惜味道層次略為欠奉。聖子新鮮,配以大量蔥蒜,加以豉油調味,可惜味道欠缺驚喜,與香蒜帶子極為相似。再來是宋嫂魚羹和西湖牛肉羹,兩羹皆以濃烈金華火腿上湯作湯底,襯以鮮魚肉及芫茜(宋嫂魚羹),胡椒及牛肉(西湖牛肉羹)。兩羹味道均較普遍湯羹為香濃。最後為主菜京燒羊肉,外表吸引不在話下,表皮香脆,肉質軟腍,羊味在口內湧出,好羊之人絕對不會失望。總結:用料新鮮,海鮮菜式味道尚可改進,主菜味道吸引,值得一試。
