To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 春卷就非常香脆,雖然唔太食得出係鴨肉。
另外燒賣非常大粒,全部包着豬肉,冇冬菇,表面加上一粒帶子,味道不過不失,但幾有睇頭。

帶子同平時嘅粉絲蒸帶子有異曲同工之妙,不過今次就用咗寬粉代替粉絲,口感更加煙韌😆。
另外,干煸牛肉係一道極度香脆嘅小菜,將牛肉炸到脆條,入口會有啲油香,食少少過吓口人唔錯,多啲就會覺得膩,而且有少少熱氣。

松露雞香到不得了,極之入味,雞肉又滑,大推薦💓
反而大虎蝦就冇乜特別,醬汁有啲似糖醋排骨酸酸甜甜。
另外仲有菜苗同埋鑊氣十足嘅蛋白炒飯。

豆腐奶凍非常細滑,入口即溶。豆腐味亦非常突出。
另外有兩粒細細的炸煎堆,外皮少少煙韌,分別包住朱古力餡料同埋奶黃,幾唔錯!

一場嚟到點可以唔笑下佢哋嘅經典片皮鴨🦆
師傅會即時喺面前片鴨,今次淨係嗌咗半隻兩個人分,都已經非常足夠!
鴨嘅表皮烤得香脆,不過稍嫌片得厚薄不一,而且香氣未算非常突出,未算係最頂級嘅片皮鴨🙈。

💞整體來講
環境真係贏絕大部份中菜餐廳,極之美麗嘅古色古香裝修,配上一望無際嘅維港景色,真係非常舒適。食物質素不過不失,間中有幾道較為出色難忘,推薦鍾意中菜嘅可以一試!
