To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁 restaurantweek 周圍搵食,好耐無食中菜,於是book咗尖沙咀 胡同 試試,其中一個因素係可以望下維港景。Lunch menu 前菜選三款,主菜兩款,主食一款,另有甜品。前菜正常,主菜叫了黃金蝦、炒牛柳、乾煸四季豆同上湯時蔬。牛柳夠腍但無乜味,但個時蔬真係......一pat翡翠豆曲hea喺隻碟就上,張相影時,碟菜係無郁過......至於主食素餃會好過炒飯,炒飯偏油,個人不太喜歡。片皮鴨是因為口痕所以另外散叫的,半隻四百幾元,片兩嘢就片完,略貴,不過皮夠脆,全日最喜歡菜式。我是周五下晝一點半去到,唔多人,唔會好嘈,望住個海食飯係正嘅。餐廳裝修也很有特色,讓人感覺真的身處胡同中。

我是周五下晝一點半去到,唔多人,唔會好嘈,望住個海食飯係正嘅。
