To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近排喜歡食中菜,比較吓邊度嘅叉燒好味。呢度有米芝蓮一星推介,今晚就嚟試吓係咪咁好食先😼餐廳環境闊落,坐得舒服。🔸燒味雙輝 - 蜜汁叉燒、脆皮燒腩仔 $398為咗叉燒而嚟嘅貓奴流晒口水🤤 沾滿蜜汁嘅叉燒肥瘦適中,咬落有肉嘅油香,肉質腍身。如果多返啲燶邊位就更perfect喇😋燒腩仔有驚喜,一層肉一層肥。表層非常香脆,黃芥辣係好溫和嘅調味,出色👍🏻🔸砂鍋薑蔥爆乳香銀鱈魚 $298粒上嘅銀鱈魚外脆內軟,爆起咗嘅豆瓣醬好香,沾上用薄薄嘅炸衣包住鱈魚,既香脆嫩滑又惹味😋🔸蜂巢茘茸鴨 $298驚喜之選😽 蜂巢芋茸炸得唔油膩同油淋淋,蜂巢咬落好鬆化加上軟綿綿嘅芋茸同炸至脆口嘅鴨肉,好出色👍🏻🔸花膠鮮杏汁燉白肺 $188吖咗兩個燉湯,兩款都好足料好濃,白肺湯杏汁味好出。🔸花菇黃耳竹笙燉菜膽 $178呢款湯相反較為清淡,剛好一濃一淡中和返。店員服務係有禮貌嘅,不過細節欠奉。好多時店員突然從後好近咁遞上menu問需唔需要甜品因為就嚟last order,又會突然從後出現遞上收據催埋單趕收工。(響其他酒店唔會咁。。。😐) 餐枱咁大,點解偏偏要響客人後面出現呢?大可從上菜位等客人見到店員先,呢個做法真係不解。

🌸小插曲,我哋坐響餐廳嘅中央,附近有張準備上菜嘅枱,準備期間店員跌咗筷子座響地下,店員好順手咁執返起再放返響準備枱上,而呢啲餐具係準備俾客人用嘅。。。🫣 雖然眼不見為乾淨,但店員未免太順手而且亦都知道我哋睇到嘅😅 以酒店中菜廳嚟講,服務又真係未及水平,有待改善。相反食物質素就非常滿意👍🏻
