To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 提前了兩日訂了兩位,到咗reception 填寫資料後便安排坐窗邊圓枱 對着維港夜景🌃我們先叫咗支澳洲 Chardonnay 🍷然後點了聖子 是冷盤凍食 爽口清甜 滕椒花枝 夠香辣🥵且捲成玫瑰花🌹形狀很吸睛黑蒜帶子 配有薯粉味道十分配合,青花椒鱈魚 不油膩且魚肉滲透了花椒辣汁🌶一流成都水煮魚 雖然唔可以揀辣度,但辣度是適宜上湯浸菜苗 不錯,然後加多了兩個糖水 椰奶杏仁露,最後共飲了兩支Chardonnay 🍾🥂 ~ Satisfied
