To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久聞朋友間Brunch的選擇 ,大多都是西式的餐廳。所以今次聽到有中式的餐廳辦Brunch,當然立刻試試。建議大家兩星期前book位,就可以一睹維港兩岸景致。普通set是$398,$598便可任飲所有飲品,酒精香檳無限供應,愛酒的我們當然後者。任食的,我推介蒜泥白肉和片片金,前者是我現時吃了最好吃的,後者那海鮮餡料十分彈牙。而順嫂魚羮魚味十足,但本人那天不太想吃魚,可以一戰。餃類有黃金辣肉餃、草原餃、翡翠素餃及胡同小籠包,小籠包比較乾身了一點。辣肉餃最惹味,因其辣勁令之後的胃口大開。主菜我們叫了話梅蝦和青花椒鱈魚, 鱈魚的魚肉超滑, 青花椒的味道很配合呢。下次encore。酒包括香檳,包括紅白都試光。最好飲除了Veuve Clicquot Brut,加入了柚子蜜的Golden Orchid值得推介,本人是Mojito愛好者,但由於是Mojito Tea,沒有了氣覺得有點奇怪,但都好易上口。最後甜品雪糕有兩款口味,荔枝和豆腐,胡同,真的可以encore。
