雖然已經勤力左好多,周圍去食唔同既餐廳,但係骨子裡又有港女既性格,約人食飯既要朋友諗食咩,又要ban佢地既idea.心底裡好矛盾.今日上水工作之旅後約了兩位沙田友食飯,其中一位推介帝都酒店入面既帝玉庭,那麼就試一試其水準,反正係酒店入面,環境服務我實無投訴.更重要係我唔想再諗食咩價格其實比一般酒樓貴少少,不算強搶民膏既定位.其中我對那個四大名菜LIST有興趣,因為我仲以為係四大發明那些(粥粉麵飯).一於叫四味食下前菜卥水花生,核桃和腰果.卥水花生很入味,另外核桃既脆脆糖外皮很香口.腰果個樣好似好淡口無食$218 清香龍井蝦仁(山東-魯菜).呢度既蝦size係大大隻,肉帶爽甜,當然有少少咸度,清清爽爽不油膩,茶葉香若隱若現啖啖爽彈既蝦肉就係賣點喔$88 杏汁白肺湯.其實朋友唔知我唔like杏仁,但係佢叫到無理由拒絕.但係我絕對欣賞呢個湯,因為杏味香得來不影響主體味道肉湯,杏汁只係輔助,加上豬肉,豬肺既調味,具層次.最愛食豬肺,那種質感與其他內臟差好遠$188 水煮龍躉柳(川菜),係水煮魚既龍躉版,用上龍躉當然更鮮味,呢度既style係將魚片先放炸漿炸一炸後放入醬汁裡,而醬汁係甜中帶麻,辛

龍躉肉當然又係啖啖肉啦,放係紅噹噹既醬汁入面既仲有芋絲,吸哂汁好好味.我建議可以放埋薯粉,另外再提升辛辣度.

雞肉既部份其實不多,只有皮同脂肪位帶少少肉,食既係雞油既香,蝦膠既爽.蝦膠放了馬啼增加了口感,亦提升了甜度.欣賞既係其心機和那個雞皮脂肪香.如果加上咸多少少更好

濃濃既醬汁,配上肥美稔滑既豬肉球,既有豬油香又有豬肉既口感.質感像飲茶叫既牛肉球一樣,仲要更加軟熟.撈飯一流既菜喔.其實我以前好憎食獅子頭,因為姐姐係中學時既家政堂做過,帶回家比我食,難食指數係極點.事隔十多年,終於食到有水準既獅子頭

TOTAL連加1$1161.6,即每人約$387.當然不貴啦酒店喔.有好環境服務,價錢合理.雖然我其實唔理解四大名菜到底既由來,但係一晚就試左四味,好滿足.亦都係我既知識庫中增加了更多資料--四大發明,四大名菜和十大武器之首
