To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人假日去左飲茶,係想去List幾耐嘅餐廳終於有時間去試一試叫左幾樣野食、首先試嘅係帶子蒸燒賣 $65 味道普通 ,食到帶子有沙然後係XO醬煎蘿蔔糕,依個都幾推薦。$95,蘿蔔糕香脆幾好味,有少少辣辣地,幾惹味。份量唔大碟。然後係筍尖蒸蝦餃$68味道普普通通,皮偏厚,蝦都有鮮味,但都唔可以算話好好味,蝦餃好味過個燒賣。跟住上脆皮雞 $280/半隻皮脆,個皮好味,但雞肉偏鞋,過左火侯…都唔係偏鞋咁簡單,直頭有d柴,唔中意個肉,但個皮都真係幾好嘅。同埋無左浸肥膏。然後係蜜汁叉燒$238無乜汁,肉偏軟身,應該係梅頭。對呢碟野有失望。因為係聽聞依間叉燒好得,所以去試, 肉偏瘦,再肥多少少會好d,之前食(已結業嘅銅鑼灣蛇王二)比佢出色好多! 係最後先食晒嘅餸,因為認真覺得麻麻最後係豉汁蒸鳳爪 $52普通到不得了,唔會話特別好味。總結成間野食水準一般,如果想食好味點心又比佢平,不如去試下名苑。燒味一般….燒味舖會更好 。服務一般。環境幾好。麻麻地…唔係幾抵食
