It’s so boring after stayed at home for few weeks, so made a reservation here to celebrate my angel’s birthday.The table arrangement is bad, we understand that we have to be separated to 2 tables amid current restrictions. The table arrangement is bad, we understand that we have to be separated to 2 tables amid current restrictions. However, there’s a big pillar between our tables, which makes us cannot see each other, although we are bringing two kids. We cannot except such careless arrangement made by a five star hotel’s restaurant. After talked to the staff, they rearranged for us. But our moods were not good afterwards. Also we had to distribute foods to kids since waitress doesn’t divide our order into two tables except the fried rice and shrimp. I cannot understand this’s service level they’re maintaining. After paid, I was given an HKD100 coupon of hotel accommodation, which is going to expire within one week, to express their apology for the table arrangement. Seriously?!
To be honest, quality of foods is ok, but service concept is horrible. How can HK ppl imagine HK undergraduates majors hospitality management are trained from here.
