We discovered this place early July then been back three times. We like the omakase offering where you really can dictate the price range and what you want, rather than set menus. Prices are much more reasonable then other places where premiums are charged for celebrity chef, deco, or special food treatments. Sake selection is not too many but are quite special.
The owner chef is a great host - get the bar seat.
