聽朋友講呢度最出名係牛尾湯通心粉,咁就要嚟試吓喇,我哋大約12:30pm嚟到,唔駛等位,就可以即刻入座,店內環保唔算大,座位有啲迫,我哋一坐低就攞餐牌睇,食物種類都算多,我哋點咗牛尾湯通心粉 $36湯底唔夠濃,有少少淡,牛尾肉質比較腍,牛味道一般,整體不過不失。最奇怪裏面有牛尾骨,起初唔為意,爭啲咬崩牙😅韓國辣魚麵 $29湯底清淡,罐頭沙甸魚肉質結實,有口感,辣油滲透魚肉,所以有啲辣,好容易入口,完全不腥,好食。麵底,冇鹼水味,質感爽身彈牙。豬扒包 $30豬仔包炸到外脆內軟,豬扒有骨,肉質腍,好Juicy,但味道有啲鹹,一口咬下,感覺更滋味!馬介休球 $52只有澳門先食到,餡料將馬介休混入薯蓉,做成欖型,之後炸成金黃小球,食起嚟外層香脆,內裏軟綿綿,還透有一點魚香味,能咬到一絲絲魚肉,感覺好豐富,好好食!熱即磨香濃咖啡 $18香濃,口感順滑

開關後第一次黎澳門第一站就揀左黎喜蓮老實講呢間遊客餐廳食物水準未係好高但第一餐想食番個懷念感就係為左呢個干免牛飯雖然澳門其他地方都有但以前第一次係澳門食就係喜蓮食到覺得非常好食其實整法同材料好簡單將牛肉 薯仔 三色豆炸好面頭加隻蛋就係簡單又好食撈飯一流除左食干免牛飯順便都叫一碗牛尾湯通基本上每枱必叫其實算做得不錯湯底唔會死咸食完唔會口渴而有啖啖牛味除左牛尾湯通+干免治牛飯其他食物我都好少會叫因為要留肚食下一間呢😋

喜蓮最出名就係蕃茄牛尾通、椰汁紅豆冰
於是就叫啦,另外好驚喜既係雪菜肉絲湯米

今日早上見到喜蓮唔洗排隊就入左去試下,但唔洗排隊都要搭枱,就有少少逼逼地。叫左招牌牛尾湯通粉無大驚喜,不過不失,湯底比較酸,牛味不太濃,但牛尾就好軟熟連骨豬扒包本身以為會好軟好juicy,但現實是好硬好乾的,但個味ok嘅值得一讚是奶茶不錯,夠香滑!但侍應就好似唔係好識廣東話,落單落左晒,上野食又遞來遞去都黎唔到。今次一共$84,價錢味道不過不失,但如果要排15分鐘都唔係好值啦~雖然今次有少少失望,但下次試下中午去再試埋咖哩角....

值得一讚是奶茶不錯,夠香滑!

但侍應就好似唔係好識廣東話,落單落左晒,上野食又遞來遞去都黎唔到。今次一共$84,價錢味道不過不失,但如果要排15分鐘都唔係好值啦~雖然今次有少少失望,但下次試下中午去再試埋咖哩角....

有一天偶然遇見「喜蓮咖啡」的免治牛肉薯仔照片, 喚起兒時回憶。 當年外婆很喜歡做這道菜, 它是家中因可十大受歡迎的家常菜。 早幾年外婆不在了。。 睹物思人。。 專程到「喜蓮」 試試運氣。「喜蓮」的薯仔也是切得細細的; 牛肉相信是用牛扒肉,肉質用粉醃製過, 鹹味重了一點點; 洋蔥粒炒得半生, 不失洋蔥應有的香和微辣粒; 「喜蓮」的還加入雜菜粒;上面的煎蛋送飯也不錯。 味道當然與家小時候吃的有點分別, 但若不是偶遇那照片的話也差點忘記了這道菜 ❤️

每次去澳門🇲🇴喼都未放底酒店,我必去飯堂喜蓮咖啡先。今次坐新鋪,環境寬敞左,鋪頭姨姨果個都好有禮貌。但好懷念舊鋪既舊式茶記。黎親都要叫我至愛既咖哩吞拿魚角,吞拿魚角同牛尾湯通。咖哩吞拿魚角同吞拿魚角真係好好味,即叫即炸,熱辣辣,入口香脆,炸完唔油,餡料勁重手。牛尾湯通,澳門經典美食,好重番茄味,湯濃郁,總之湯同通粉必定清哂🤣。我女食左我1/2碟囉😤乾免治牛飯配太陽蛋😍,太陽蛋非常吸精,免治牛炒得好香,唔好以為一粒粒既係肥豬肉,其實係薯仔粒黎家,調味剛剛好,唔會太咸又唔油膩,配飯一流。👍🏻👍🏻榛子朱古力西多就普通左d。西多勁大舊,可能我灘凍左,所以溶唔到牛油,榛子勁多,但西多厚左仲叫左紅豆冰同奶茶紅豆冰添
