打完羽毛球好肚餓去食雞煲就啱曬,呢間龍鳳呈祥一推開門就見到吊滿天花嘅雀籠、舊式熱水壺同黑膠唱片機,最過癮係連飲品都用番舊式刷牙膠杯裝住,瞬間穿越返去細個喺屋邨茶記食飯嘅年代 😂餐廳環境及設計都好懷舊,時光好似返倒流80年代😉👉🏻 龍鳳呈祥雙雞煲($298)一揭蓋就聞到沙嗲醬+濃香混花椒八角嘅香氣攻曬過嚟,流曬口水🤤 三黃雞:好入味得來,肉質實淨又有雞味田雞腿:嫩滑得嚟索盡醬香,小辣程度已經好過癮😂大家可以按自己接受程度選擇辣味🤪食得出雞仲有茴香,仲有港式五香粉,層次分明得嚟又夠晒和諧,唔會死鹹或者得個辣字,更加有醬油蚝油添加鮮味,惹味😋👉🏻 牛肉拼盤($388)最愛薄切雪花牛🤩吸湯神器,滾3-5秒就食得,加左高湯仲保留到雞煲醬嘅精華 ,個雞煲醬值回票價👍其他還有牛舌、牛肉粒、牛胸尖等都正常👉🏻 雜菜拼盤($138)蘿蔔雕成心形夠哂gimmick,粟米超甜無渣!最正係鮮雜菜,索晒雞湯精華仲juicy過肉~ 👉🏻 回味五香肉丁餃($78)餃皮厚身唔易穿,食落鹹香帶辣,創意滿分但飽肚感更滿分💯👉🏻 炸響鈴 ($68)響鈴無得輸,好食🤤👉🏻 鹹檸七($38)用經典刷牙膠杯上枱,鹹檸檬醃到軟淋淋,七喜氣泡仲係咁「滋滋」聲,飲落鹹甜冰涼,仲有舊時士多嘅風味! 整體來講雞煲嘅質素真係好好,再加上懷舊環境,聽住懷舊音樂(張國榮/Beyond/梅艷芳),幾relax😂

今日閨蜜從英國回來,我特意挑選一間特色雞煲火鍋同她敘舊。龍鳳呈祥雞煲火鍋,以懷舊風設計,擺設非常有心思。多款不同口味嘅雞煲,用上瓦煲盛載,極具特色日本廣島蠔雞煲香噴噴日本廣島蠔雞煲,今次叫左bb辣,配上秘製醬汁,非常惹味,日本廣島蠔夠新鮮,需要是半隻雞,但份量足夠我們三人食,雞肉厚身多肉,認真不錯邊爐湯料龍鳳呈祥牛肉拼盤(細)包括:招牌牛肉、手切牛肉、牛胸腹、牛舌、和牛金錢展、雪花肥牛粒。一碟可以品嚐多款嘅牛部位,相當推薦,味道也不錯即制回味五香肉丁餃(6粒)山水滑豆腐、即炸響鈴龍鳳呈祥(豐盛)雜菜拼盤另外叫左幾款小食,最特別係五香肉丁餃,微辣惹味我哋每人叫咗一杯鹹檸七,非常解渴,打邊爐一流

今日天氣突然轉涼,立即約了好閨蜜打邊爐,到了好有特式的尖沙咀火鍋龍鳳呈祥,入面的裝橫別具特色,播放著舊日的廣東歌,十分有氣氛。我們點選了秘製咸蛋黃醬雞煲,B B辣,雞煲配料多,有洋蔥、雞脾菇、芫荽等等,有咸蛋黃粒,充滿香氣而且惹味,雞件嫰滑juicy啖啖肉,吃完便加湯打邊爐。邊爐食物我哋點了牛肉拼盤、回味五香肉丁餃、雜菜拼盤、手打海量芫荽墨魚丸,款款也有特色。牛肉拼盤有齊多款美味牛肉,牛舌片、手切牛肉、牛胸尖、牛肉粒、雪花肥牛及金錢展,款款新鮮,最啱喜歡食牛嘅我。即制回味五香肉丁餃一客6粒,每粒都精緻而飽滿,味道剛剛好,充滿肉丁香味,點上醬汁更提味。另一款心水推介是手打海量芫荽墨魚丸,彈牙好味而且粒粒滿是芫荽,咬落去十分有口感,啱晒芫荽控。雜菜拼盤用懷舊杯乘載蔬菜,有番茄、油麥菜、心形白蘿蔔、粟米、蓮藕片、木耳、金菇、鮮淮山,款款新鮮好味。我哋點了陳年咸檸七,用懷舊膠杯相當有feel,食雞煲打邊爐一邊飲咸檸七實在是享受。整體用餐良好,店員服務態度好。

天氣轉涼,又有藉口吃雞煲火鍋。在「龍鳳呈祥火鍋雞煲」門外已經感受到懷舊的氛圍。餐廳的佈置很有心思。「龍鳳呈祥火鍋雞煲」有多款不同口味的雞煲,用瓦煲上的,特別有風味。窩夫與蝦子餅點了日本廣島蠔雞煲(半隻)($268),四大隻廣島蠔一點也不腥,雞件以外還有雞髀菇、枝竹和洋蔥,雞髀菇超滑又入味。BB辣比預期辣,帶點麻,味道很有層次,非常滋味。用「漱口杯」喝七喜?是鹹檸七才對,自家製陳年鹹檸特別濃味,中和了七喜的甜,解辣又開胃。「萬壽無疆」杯內放了四款基本調味配料,分別是蔥、芫荽、生蒜和辣椒粒。吃完雞煲,加湯打邊爐,怎少得火鍋必備的牛肉呢。牛肉拼盤(細)($388)有齊手切牛肉、牛胸尖、和牛金錢展、牛肉粒和雪花肥牛,窩夫最喜歡手切牛肉,厚薄適中,口感很好。「龍鳳呈祥」的餃子加入茶餐廳味道,五香肉丁餃和沙爹牛肉餃都值得一試。兩隻鮮鮑魚($98)有不同的口感,最重要是完全不韌。豐盛雜菜拼盤($138)一定要相機食先,超大塊的蕃茄片插著竹簽,看來有點像波板糖呢。食飽飽去「龍鳳大禮堂」打卡。
