新年前夕,同朋友係中環行街食飯,當然選擇食西餐,因為比較容易book位,我們揀中環蘭桂坊德己立街12號業豐大廈2樓的法國餐廳「Cuisine Culture 」,價錢實惠,地點又方便。Lobster Bisque龍蝦湯,海鮮味濃厚,口感濃郁,又Creamy。配埋個蒜蓉包,真係冇得頂。Baked Escargot with Garlic & Herbs法式焗蝸牛,淡淡嘅香草味,肉質又鮮嫩。Spaghetti with Porcini & Garlic香蒜牛肝菌意大利麵,意大利麵個質感很有咬口,唔會煮得太腍,配牛肝菌又爽口,淡淡菇嘅香味,加上蒜香和香草,味道一流。Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheek in Red Wine served with Baguette慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包,牛面肉再慢火煮,肉質軟腍腍,而且非常入味,平日唔多食牛的朋友,都食到舔舔脷,讚不絕口。再將法包沾上肉汁,肉汁的味更加突出。是日甜品焦糖布丁,焦糖金黃,布丁滑滑,不會太甜。Latte 和 ice coffee,也很香滑。Menu 選擇頗多。 continue reading

喺歐洲幾個大國嘅菜系中,相信法國菜算喺比較少食,睇返自己啲食評,原來對上一次食法國菜已經喺成年前嘅事,今晚嚟到隱身於商廈裡面嘅「Cuisine Culture」,再細嚐法式滋味。雖然店舖裝修樸實,卻有種小鎮嘅法式小酒館氣氛,加上燈光柔和,感覺蠻舒適服。而廚房採開放式,睇到廚師們晌裡面做茶嘅情景。順帶一提,招呼幾唔錯,侍應不時主動添水,更換餐具,又會視乎你進食進度而上下一道菜,令整晚進食嘅流程好暢順。講講餐牌,呢度就無做套餐,全部都喺散點。大類分為前菜、湯品、沙律、主菜、意大利麵及甜品。而飲品方面,除一般嘅咖啡、茶、果汁之外,有另一本餐牌列出多款紅白餐酒。侍應更話做緊推廣,紅白餐酒買一送一,無論喺嗌一杯或是一整支,都有呢個優惠,啤酒同汽水都喺,買一送一。龍蝦湯 $92講到湯品,法式洋蔥湯同法式龍蝦湯相信都可以喺代表之一。龍蝦湯上到枱,色澤已經好對辦,橙紅得嚟好亮麗,入口更喺鮮蝦味濃郁,啖啖精華湧入口腔,附上嘅蒜蓉法包亦烘得脆口,蒜香滿滿。法式焗蝸牛 $108焗蝸牛亦喺法國菜頭盤嘅經典,一客共有6隻,墊有少少薯蓉,咪輕看啲薯蓉,除咗搓得軟滑,仲有陣陣香草香;而啲蝸牛肉口感嫩滑,甚具蒜蓉及牛油香味。慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包 $288主菜就推薦呢一道牛面肉,因為唔喺經常遇到呢一款菜式,加上以慢煮方式,更能發揮到牛面肉嗰份超鬆化。雖然賣相平實,但牛面肉入口確喺勁軟腍,質感好有一咬即化嘅感覺,而且,肉味濃,陣陣紅酒香氣。汁底亦咪錯過,以法包沾上少少紅酒汁,食味一流。海鮮墨汁意粉 $208另一道主菜就揀咗海鮮意大利麵,單睇啲海鮮,就已經覺得好有料到,包括有大虎蝦、帶子及青口,虎蝦非常之彈牙鮮甜,帶子軟滑而帶有陣陣海水鹹鮮味,而啲青口唔喺普通嘅平價貨,食得出嗰份甜味,質感柔軟;意粉亦煮得啱啱好,咬落有柔韌感,做得水準甚高嘅菜式。酥皮蘋果批配雪糕 $88最後,點少得一份甜品作結吖,師傅更刻意以碟他畫布,晌上面畫有花朶、彩霞,自然更賞心悅目。酥皮蘋果批烘得金黃,酥皮非常香脆富牛油香,蘋果清甜,更有微微玉桂香,伴以果仁雪糕,一凍一熱,口感對比鮮明,再者,雪糕軟滑富奶香,亦記一功。 因為小弟晌附近做嘢,就問問有無午市餐牌,一張小單張印製晒所有午市套餐,足足有成16款之多,豐儉由人,已包沙律或餐湯,以及基本餐飲,有機會再嚟試試午餐先。簡單試過數款菜式,食得出製作用心,用料高質,加上環境都幾舒服,無論三幾位知己嚟聚一聚,抑或特別日子嚟慶祝吓,都喺個好唔錯嘅選擇! continue reading
