當佢新開時,真係好想試,但每日返工唔方便,原本諗住7月放假就可以唔駛驚多人,後來發現喺Openrice好多人話佢差,即刻唔敢去。到噚日因為要去中央圖書館,就決定試吓,當時已經10點幾,張張枱(約10張)有人,唯有搭枱,跟住睇完餐牌就叫,幾次都冇人理!跟住等咗成10分鐘(比其他餐廳出早餐耐)先有coffee,好細杯,又唔記得俾奶喎,5分鐘後份三文治就到,嗰蛋係好厚,不過太salty,而且唔滑,唔覺味道有乜特別。價錢貴($30早餐!普通餐廳咋!)、冷氣又唔夠、服務又唔得(已經唔多客)唔知有乜好。

out with my mum again since i cud take a minibus from where i live directly to this restaurant, we decided to have a late lunch here for the sake of convenience we ordered a hokkiado set to share:scrambled egg with hambbq pork with macaroni in soupwaffles with condensed milk and peanut butterice milk teathe macaroni and scrambled eggs were fine, but the BBQ pork was unexpectedly tender and sweeettttt my mum loved it a lot! she said shes gona try out the bbq pork with rice next time as for the

scrambled egg with ham
bbq pork with macaroni in soup

ice milk tea

the macaroni and scrambled eggs were fine, but the BBQ pork was unexpectedly tender and sweeettttt
my mum loved it a lot! she said shes gona try out the bbq pork with rice next time


as for the waffles, it was big
u can check out the size of it on the photo. and i like how the restaurant served it with chunky peanut butter, the chunky peanut bits enriched the texture of it


we failed to finish the set as the waffle was kinda 'lau'
anyways, its an enjoyable lunch

今日下午專程去銅鑼灣食這個~食既野同澳洲牛奶公司差不多...不過呢度唔洗坐得咁辛苦同咁趕!環境會舒服D~岩岩到差不多2點.....仲有位...但走時巳經有人龍係店外!套餐+炒蛋(炒蛋OK...有奶味)+火腿+多士+叉燒湯意粉(湯意粉既湯底夠熱又濃!)+凍奶茶(奶茶茶味重..好味)合共$35+23吋蛋治$20(好勁好厚身既蛋,一個人食就好濟,share岩岩好)總括來說 都幾好味!!~不過一般既茶餐廳以同樣食物比較..呢度價錢就偏高...可能貴在d milk~

四月廿二‧晴 在吃鐵板燒飯局前,先來這裡喝杯咖啡,亦試試這裡的炒蛋。只試炒蛋不試其他?是的,人家好吃又或做得好的東西當然要先試,莫非又要說人地「早午晚三線...」,等等。 先外表裝修,這裡似是一間日式輕食店子,但看真一點,賣的多是茶記食物,只不過用料有一部份是日本來的了。如果想吃這裡的特色,似乎不要選腿通或腸蛋麵的,就來個三吋雞蛋三文治烘底。 蛋治等了十多分鐘才有得吃,雖然似乎不是真的三吋,但就真的是厚厚的。蛋是剛煎起,還冒煙的。吃起來美味,蛋香味濃,口感鬆軟,滑滑的,是加了奶的效果。調味做得不錯,有水準;多士在對比之下,反而一般,下次來,單吃一份炒蛋已足夠。 熱咖啡是即磨咖啡,都算香濃。 是日的感覺,幾位女侍應服務很好,會主動提議餐牌上的項目,也有求必應,值得一讚。 三文治餐埋單30蚊,不便宜的,但選的食物有水準,物有所值。你會問,去九記牛腩去評佢杯凍檸水不行嗎?當然得,在這裡做咩都得。

I visited this cafe twice, one during lunch time, and another during tea time on sunday. the experience on sunday definitely was better than in lunch time, the peak hour, at least i would have the polite greetings and follow ups from the staff, and the milk tea also tasted better ... i guess it's because staffs tend to do better when they are less busy... I ordered the 3 inch egg w/ hokkaido 3.6 milk sandwich, it was good and big in portion. I personally prefer sunny side up eggs to frie

I ordered the 3 inch egg w/ hokkaido 3.6 milk sandwich, it was good and big in portion. I personally prefer sunny side up eggs to fried eggs, yet this one is tasty and smells good, love it even more when i toss some pepper and salt on the eggs. it's undoubtedly more expensive than a regular egg sandwich, yet i think it's worth it with its taste and portion. it would be good as my lunch once in a while, whenever the weather is too hot and i lose my appetite to eat.

I did order the egg sandwich as take-out for my colleague, he likes it but not as much as i do..guess it's because eggs wont taste that good when it's not served hot.

be fair, i think it worths a score of 7 out of 10.

是日下午在利園附近一帶辦點事,之後來到北海道牧場吃個下午茶,未來之前也略略聽過外間對此店的評語,結果是負面居多.不過,未試過又不能下妄語.有人說是澳州牛奶的高級版,無論是環境,服務,都比澳牛好,價錢亦更加貴,在澳牛賣廿幾的餐,在北海道牧場盛惠$35.套餐有通粉餐,三文治餐等等,我要的是叉燒湯通粉餐.標榜著用北海道3.6牛奶去沖咖啡,奶茶.是否有點小題大做?事後孔明,3.6牛奶,用作做港式奶茶又出奇地好,奶同茶味取得平衡,奶味質感頗厚,但又不搶去茶的甘味.有點點意料之外.蛋可要太陽蛋,或炒蛋可揀,我要前者,是日面前的兩隻太陽,也算煎得完整,將蛋黃篤穿,用羹"筆"蛋黃,大大淡入口,懶理膽固醇.平常人如我,就算用貴價雞蛋,或平價雞蛋,煎出來兩者分別是不大.叉燒通粉,都係老土一句,叉燒通粉幾好食,都係叉燒通粉,莫非食完之後識飛?當然,此店的叉通未去到好吃的級數,叉燒當然是來貨,吃落去都不錯,肉質鬆化.湯底說是用雞湯,我感覺到似是用雞精,或者是用即食麵的湯粉包煮出來.將港式冰室加個北海道名字在前,將炒蛋,奶茶內混合著3.6牛奶,成功將其日本化,香港年青人大多崇日,所以吸引到眾多"裏銅鑼"系的潮人

將港式冰室加個北海道名字在前,將炒蛋,奶茶內混合著3.6牛奶,成功將其日本化,香港年青人大多崇日,所以吸引到眾多"裏銅鑼"系的潮人光顧,好像我這些對日本文化,只局限於AV電影的中年漢而言,還是回到一海之隔的澳牛,去感受一下什麼是香港精神.

I passed by this restaurant today and it was still quite early, before lunch time peak hour, and since I wasnt too hungry and just wanted something light instead of a full lunch set. I stepped in and sat down by the window. the cafe was almost full. I didnt order the lunch set ( I know i would pay a bit more if i order things separately ), just ordered the scrambled eggs with ham and ice coffee w/ hokkaido 3.6 milk. The eggs tasted quite good actually ( as I love it frying with milk, quite scrumptious ) , not as bad as other people said in their comments. I saw 1 couple ordered waffles, sitting next to my table, and the presentation is quite appetite-appealing too ... even tho' I wasnt sure about the taste. Yet I saw them finish the whole thing and said "quite good"

To conclude, I think they can make some improvements on service... I was being ignored for the first 5 mins and staffs didnt even notice me walking in and sitting down

上星期和女友晚上七點多到了這裡晚飯, 原來呢度八點就 LAST ORDER, 好彩早少少到, 唔係就冇得食!! 兩個人點了招牌蛋治, 义燒飯, 奶油多, 涷奶茶和牛乳布丁.招牌蛋治都算大份, 不過唔係我地食過最大份既, 蛋治之王都係荃灣長期有人龍果間茶餐廳!! 不過味道不一樣, 這裡明顯多了牛奶味, 蛋亦夠滑, 有蛋汁, 算唔錯!! 义燒飯是選用連鎖燒味店的义燒, 甜豉油好好味, 而且加隻送飯三寶之一的荷包蛋, GOOD!! 奶油多同涷奶茶就好一般, 牛乳布丁幾好食, 好香奶味, 賣 HK$28.00, 但係在 SOGO 超市應該唔使 HK$20.00 買到, 抵唔抵食就見仁見智啦~總括成餐飯是滿意的, 不過如果夜晚去要早少少, 唔係就摸門釘 lu~~

我絕對想像不到,一間成日看雜誌也有介紹的餐廳可以如此的差!!!!入去食時,真的抱著期望,不過一坐下,哇...好熱....沒有開冷氣嗎???叫了一個$35的餐,凍飲加$2....意粉的湯凍的?????感覺真的不太好...之後最火的係,d蛋有蛋殼!!不是小小...而係食完又有食完又有....叫他們的老闆出來,是沒有的....那些人,好似造夢一樣...如果一早上來看看先,我想我也不用浪費$37了...而且不用一口蛋殼未試的人,真的可以不去...真的想去試的人,小心食到一肚氣...唯一個取的,是支ma油......

It was quite disappointing after having a lunch in this restaurant: - Services: below average, where you cannot even find a sincere smile from most of the waiters - Food quality: the recommended meal is somehow a copycat of 澳洲牛奶公司, where it has lost its originality - Japanese atmposhere: naming itself "Hokkaido", but I cannot find any mood of Hokkaido from inside the restaurant or from the food (except from the milk...), it is somehow disappointing - Pricing: you cannot find any value from t

As overall, this restaurant is far from a true Japanese restaurant and it has lots of room for improvement.

We waited for about 10 minutes, then had our seats. They used small square tables there, so we had to share the table with two others. They only offered three types of set menu. We both had the one with eggs and BBQ pork spaghetti/macaroni in soup. I had stirred fried eggs and he had fried eggs turnover. He changed the drinks to 3.6 fresh milk and I just had a hot lemon tea.

My fried eggs were very nice. It was very tender and had good taste of fresh egg. Went perfectly with the ham and toast. The BBQ pork macaroni in soup was nice too. I particularly liked the BBQ pork as it had strong favour of honey, which I loved.

I agree with the critics below that the services of this place need improvement. It seems that the waitresses did not handle their work effectively. There are always drinks and dishes waiting to be served. Yet there are quite a number of staff there when compared with other eateries.

1. 叉燒意粉餐 ($35) - 叉燒好夠稔, 叉燒汁又甜又好味, 不過意粉同湯底都係好普通, 一d特別都無. 跟餐的還有2片麵包, 炒蛋及火腿, 炒蛋尚算滑, 比一般茶餐廳少油好多, 頗健康, 但味很淡, 更談不上有蛋香. 不過麵包及火腿就非常普通了. 當我地食食下既時間, 見到餐廳門口有架太興燒味既貨van停係餐廳門口, 跟住有個著住太興制服既工人入黎將張類似貨單既紙比餐廳侍應, 侍應收左張紙, 我同朋友估計這兒的叉燒好大機會係跟太興擺貨的. 如果估計無錯的話, 咁這兒又何需自誇叉燒好食. 要食叉燒的, 我倒不如直接去太興食好了.

2. 朋友點的蛋治餐 ($30) 賣相很靚, 雞蛋有2吋厚. 這兒的蛋治標榜用北海道3.6鮮牛奶炒成, 方包又夠厚又軟熟, 不知是否因為用牛奶炒的關係, 蛋也算頗滑, 但味道很淡, 只是偶然食到有一堆鹽, 沒鹽的地方就很淡, 無乜味, 連蛋香都無乜. 另外, 蛋也煎得不錯, 有蛋汁, 質感不錯.

3. 凍奶茶 - 凍奶茶叫左成10-15分鐘都未拎黎, 跟侍應說, 她同我講話整緊, 但係就無同水吧反應又繼續替客人落單; 再過多5分鐘還沒送到, 再問, 她又說整緊. 點知轉頭見到有另一個侍應水吧枱面果杯凍飲拎黎比我. 其實果杯野飲, 我好早之前己經見放左係水吧枱 (因為我是坐水吧前面第一張枱的), 由我第一次問佢果時己經見到杯野飲係水吧枱面, 侍應唔跟單又唔多理水吧枱面, 做水吧的見到好耐無人拎又唔理. 實在差
我覺得這兒的凍奶茶比一般茶餐廳差, 味淡茶唔夠濃也不夠滑.

看報紙知道這兒的老闆是John Ho. 若要標榜係一間東瀛之味的茶餐廳, 就更加要加強員工服務態度的訓練. 話晒日本人做事認真不馬虎.

難得來銅鑼灣,三點鐘,仍客滿,要搭枱。一個人試唔到咁多野,取捨左再興义燒煎蛋飯,揀左大蛋治。睇過食評知道服務麻麻,可能時下年青一代,有點我行我素卦?有一兩個都ok,我食唔晒,耍拎走,都好好態度幫忙架!來意係食三文魚籽醬多士。預左o個磚牛油,係幾咁厚,幾大都原整一塊,大大啖食!呵呵,牛油mix埋魚籽醬,係幾咁完滿~魚籽醬"咸",淨夾多士,未免太dry,如夾埋牛油,香滑中,能中和過咸味。為左身體,其餘只吃半件牛油,失色失色。連番破界,飲 咖 啡。無辦法,因為此店飲品,只有咖啡,才與「3.6」扯上關係,其他,無提到用了「3.6」。咖啡是炭燒味,混入「3.6」奶後,出奇地無左o個朕炭味,又無酸味,「3.6」加o係咖啡度,果然係非一般香滑!寫明3吋厚蛋三文治,有無「嘉樂」咁厚呢?原來加埋厚麵包,才有3吋厚(厚方包都係做醬多士才好,做三文治,未免搶左餡味)。蛋好juicy,那汁是來自鮮奶,因為佢係水感汁,而唔係蛋的杰汁,食下無咁乾。其實整體都平平無奇,奶茶、多士、雞蛋、快餐通粉,呢d都係香港人鍾意食既,如果有下次,咪試試义蛋飯&「常餐」的炒滑蛋law!同事話,真係幾滑喎。
