輕輕鬆鬆的星期六，食返個早餐先。28元 --- 有火腿通粉、煎雞蛋、牛油多士加飲品，比普通茶餐廳貴。火腿通粉 --- 個樣同普通茶餐廳比較，係高一層次的，看得出是師傅用心煮。 好美味，通粉軟硬度恰到好處。煎雞蛋 --- 可以改炒蛋或反蛋，我食左反蛋，好得意，似反轉左的太陽蛋。多士 ----- 加5蚊可以轉Waffle，大塊但是味道一般。飲品 ---- 熱奶茶，唔.....普通茶餐廳好飲好多。店子小小，都算幾舒服，侍應姐姐的服務態度幾好，有禮貌。 如果店內的枱椅擺放整齊一點，便完美啦！

I gave it a try while I have already heard too much, mixed feedback of bad or okay. The restaurant was not full on the rainy Sunday. When I ordered, I was told they serve the same set meals across the day, nothing differentiate for lunch or dinner or breakfast. 早前睇雜誌介紹已經想試，趁今日放假無咁多人便一試，雖然見到open rice 劣評如潮，但唔試過又點知完來都幾差!!都係叫咗個最基本既北海道套餐:叉燒通粉 -係成個餐最好食既! 但呢個唔係主打喎! 個湯底幾好，有d 味，叉燒都好諗，較甜!炒蛋 - 得個咸字覺得加左雞粉，無蛋味，無牛奶味，亦唔香，重炒得唔夠熟，碟底有好多蛋汁!!火腿 - 係唔熱， 其實係咪至少都係鑊度辣一辣佢!多士 - 又係唔夠熱，又烘得唔夠脆!奶茶 - 好一般茶餐廳奶茶!個餐完全無北海道牛奶既味道，又何以北海道來命名!!食左一半先發現原來個老闆同2 個朋友座係後面張檯, 老闆好似好滿意咁同朋友講試好多方法同問左好多人先炒到d 蛋，睇黎佢要再努力d問人啦，d 蛋真係唔得!都係澳洲牛奶公司最正，咁多人排隊係有原因既!! 唔係就咁改個靚名就得!!

The bread was very rough and not nice to eat, nothing compared to "Australia Dairy Company"... The one at "Australia Dairy Company" is tons better!!! I tried their egg sandwich and caviar toast. 本身已經好鐘情奶類食物,第一次黎到北海道牧場餐廳,星期六下午排左4,5台人,等左10分鐘到我地。同男朋友SHARE一個腿蛋治,一個牛奶PUDDING,一杯奶茶,3樣都一流,蛋治好厚,好奶,奶茶男友話奶味過重,不過我自己就好BUY! 個牛奶PUDDING都OK,不過不算好特別。行開CWB,不妨一試家都~

Normally, when one goes to a "cha chan ting", you won't expect much, right? All you expect will be reasonably efficient service and reasonable quality of food. That's it! What you can find is totally disappointing in Hokkaido Dairy Farm Milk Restaurant. Waitnesses are not trained, not responsive, not showing good attitude... 見雜誌推介,便去一試,但有些失望超厚蛋治-等了成20MIN,隻蛋太SALTY奶茶-不夠港式茶記滑,又未有日本奶茶好味落單SERVICE較混亂

今日特別去試下NE間好多報紙推介既餐廰.......但係...唔單止失望...重氣死人....間餐廰出面睇黎OK ...但係...發現原來要自己找位...3吋蛋無咩特別....a bit salty....the waitress is impolite.....& also "VERY FORGETFUL".......u need to ask for 5 times for getting a glass of water.......$30 for a piece of sandwich.......really not worthy at all!!!!!!

The restaurant has to be closed for water pipe problem until 12 pm. A poster was sticked on the door telling customers that they would open at 12 pm sharp. Ten minutes before, people with kids and babies started to queue up and waited patiently outside. 勁普通的早餐......同蛋治之後個餐有杯3.6牛奶,但係杯奶OK啦!但係朋友個杯咖啡同普通沖出黎一樣仲知一個字!普通!!!!!!都唔明點解咁多人去食...仲要排隊...我最憎排隊架啦!

睇報紙見到呢間餐廳嘅介紹，咁啱呢日打算來銅鑼灣，好，就來試試它吧！其實之前都睇過有關呢間餐廳嘅介紹，知道佢以用優質食材，例如北海道牛奶同青島靚雞蛋等來做賣點，於是點了在報紙上有介紹的食品，看看是否真係咁優質。兩公婆叫了一個北海道套餐（叉燒意粉+火腿炒蛋+鮮油多士+北海道咖啡）同一個三文治餐（3吋北海道3.6鮮牛奶炒蛋治+熱咸檸水）。個叉燒意粉先到，賣相同水準都唔錯，湯底好味，叉燒係半肥瘦，正！個多士同火腿炒蛋後上，都好好味，特別係個炒蛋，炒得非常嫩滑，蛋汁豐富，正！老婆叫的蛋治跟住就到，嘩！乜真係咁厚嘅！實在太大件了，結果佢都食唔晒，要我幫佢食左四分一件。至於水準方面，d蛋同樣做到夠晒嫩嘅效果，抵讚！不過個杯北海道咖啡就有d失望，無期望中咁好味，奶味不夠濃，也不夠熱，顯得較為失色。其實呢度雖然店子小小，但係都算幾舒服，食物選擇雖然不算多，只係集中在一些大路的食物上如各式飲品、簡單的意粉、通粉、三文治等，飯都只係得一種，不過食物係貴精不貴多的，只要有水準就得啦！而且呢度個侍應小姐的服務態度都幾好，好有禮貌，美中不足嘅係，可能佢實在太忙啦，初頭落完單之後竟然漏了寫我老婆個餐，後來在我地追問

今日下午六點半去到這間餐廳，可能係平日，人唔算好多，都算full，不過唔洗等位。侍應姐姐真係好快手，不過服務都唔係咁差，我哋兩個女仔食完之後，佢仲問我哋好趕呀(唔知係唔係因為見到我哋食得好快、所以咁問)。試左個餐：1)凍lemon tea 的確幾好飲，唔太甜2)叉燒通粉：叉燒真係好食，通粉唔會太林3)火腿：好味，夾埋多士食，唔錯4)多士：正，多牛油，又熱^___^5)炒蛋：超正，份量真係好多(對我來說)記得之前有人post過話個炒蛋無乜味，據我而言…水準超出我想像, 如果一般茶餐廳都願意咁落本, 就唔會產生這樣的餐廳來la 總結：我覺得…懂得響受的人才懂得欣賞, 有沒有花過心思與心機, 從食物中就能夠顯現出來!!

1) 蛋治--只不過係將幾層蛋疊埋，蛋又實到死，原全無特別 (荃灣果間舊式餐廳直程抵食夾大件)2) 意粉餐--又係唔值咁既價錢，直頭同佐敦牛奶公司無得比，真係抵佢成日排長龍。 3) 凍啡-- 我飲唔到有北海道牛奶味呀 sorry。一句講晒............................無下次 !!
