兩個人叫了半只雞煲,配上年糕,豬肚和土豆。雞肉和配菜都超級新鮮。真材實料,香辣可口。分量也很有誠意。土豆和年糕在鍋裡煮的有點久,和辣椒還有花椒黏在一起,吃起來竟然香脆中帶著焦香。絕對是在香港吃過最好吃的雞煲!一定會再來。另外,不太能吃辣的朋友可以要小辣或微辣,如果覺得太辣可以和要一碗清湯來涮走些辣味,很貼心有沒有第一次在open rice上給好評,之前都覺得很麻煩要寫長篇大論,但是難得遇上這樣的好食物和好老闆,驚艷了我的舌頭和味蕾,一定要推薦給大家。
