早前曾嚐過同樓層的鳥燒居,沒想到今天又回來。男友今日選了壽司庭,店內地方很寬敞,無論是吧檯還是卡座,距離都闊得嚇人。我們的卡座,可能容得下8~10人,環看店內好像都沒有二人座。餐牌內的刺身 · 壽司御膳、和食御膳和稻庭烏冬都有「午市買一送一」優惠,送的那份仍然需要收加一服務費。我們選了本日燒魚御膳餐,前菜一共四味,包括沙律、麵豉湯、茶碗蒸蛋和稻庭烏冬。當中稻庭烏冬的口感爽彈,比較難忘。其他諸如麵鼓湯,彷彿嚐到檸檬的酸味,感覺有點怪怪的。茶碗蒸水準正常,質感挺身,內裡混了蟹柳條、蝦仁和冬菇片。吃燒魚嘛,一定要吃原條才開心。是日燒魚是花鯽魚,以前homestay叔叔老家是北海道,所以每日的早餐不是ほっけ就是さけ,今日再嚐這種家庭式燒魚,令人不禁有點懷念留日的時光。這種魚通常開邊醃製過,肉質結實帶鹹香。最開心的地方,就是魚骨不多,正中一條一掀就起,非常方便。眼前這條,燒得倒快,味道鹹鹹的,蘸一點柚子豉油去腥,非常不錯。肉質出奇地嫰滑,不同部位好像有不同口感,有些比較嫩,有些比較結實,很有層次,可惜白飯比較硬。撇開這個,這個套餐正價才$198,真心覺得扺。見海膽刺身價錢不貴,貪心的叫了一板來嚐。指甲大小的小片,疊起來放滿一板大概五十來片。味道帶苦澀,說是加拿大的馬糞海膽,加上紫菜片不復脆口,感覺不太喜歡。另一款定食選了特上壽司盛合御膳,正價$258,包括十件壽司。當中嚐了三文魚,雖然色澤暗淡,但口感尚可,雖然不算油潤,但肉質可以,不過飯香似乎比魚香還強。飯團捏成非常窄小的形狀,目測2cmx5cm左右,形態像是一粒糖果,三文魚片把飯團從頭包到尾。魷魚看似更細小,爽甜但因為混有青葵在內,吃下去辣味直衝腦門,非常刺激。比較特別的有柚子油甘魚,頂頭一綴酸酸辣辣的挺不錯。同場的玉子燒就像飯後甜品,濕潤的質感怎麼看都像芝士蛋糕,或是日本的Castella,頂部焦焦的一層深啡終於嚐到有蛋的味道。今餐真正的甜品是鹽味雪糕,淡藍色既似波子水,由於內含大量幼鹽粒,吃一口,便能感覺到索索聲,不會很鹹,只覺很過癮。味道其實是雲呢拿base, 微鹹給人帶來海洋的感覺。正價$48有點不捨得,特價$24則可以一試。

早前見雜誌介紹,而亦有食評讚賞,話說是西村弘美高徒開設,似乎口啤不俗,剛好見有團購優惠餐,本來$988的二人餐,六折$598有交易,盛宴菜式精彩,因此,懷著期望購卷光顧。到達目的地,見似乎跟旁邊的稻庭烏冬同出一家,也許更是連舖,怪不得有七代佐藤養助稻庭烏冬為主食。可惜團購餐質素一般,魚生非上乘,對一向有要求的我大失所望!鮪魚背香草汁沙律 (3/5)香草汁酸甜開胃,調味討好,生菜車厘茄新鮮,有方型鮪魚背粒六七粒,質素跟赤身差不多,是否鮪魚背而又有何特色就不詳了!跟月中在鮨处光嚐到的藍鰭金槍魚背肥肉,有天淵之別!生鮪魚刺身盛合(2.5/5)有大丶中拖羅及赤身,本來這道就是吸引我光顧之主因,大拖羅價高,若是材料上乘單吃此道已經超值。可惜,事與願違,大拖羅雖呈粉紅色,但並無脂肪紋理,肥美不足,入口溶化雖快,口感不滿足!壽司 (2.5/5)壽司不跟餐單次序,與刺身同上。忙碌中放了一陣子才吃,幸好紫菜並未腍身。醬油漬鮪魚並不討我歡心,味道亦沒甚麼!鐵火卷中規中矩,青瓜卷一般。壽司包得札實,飯亦可以,可惜刺身饀料不出色,整體印象一般。免治吞拿魚三文魚籽海膽迷你丼 (3/5)刺身剛開始吃,迷你丼已到,是否團購餐需如快餐速度享用呢!但水準是今晚最好,可能材料多元化算足料,海膽算有份量,粉紅色的呑拿魚已打成蓉,跟有鹹鮮爆脆的三文魚子同吃,口感有層次,芥茉及蔥粒亦添辛,普遍的配搭,卻又怎匹配,飲粒雪白分明,少少黏稠,可口!黃鮨鮪魚面頰大根煑 (2.5/5)魚面頰肉厚顏色深褐,加上一些節紋,有五分似是牛肉,肉質有些嚡口,同樣不及月中鮨处光之肥美,對不起,短期有比較,盡是失色。味道還可,大根炆至腍身,與冬菇吸盡湯汁,就是日式煑物的味道。天婦羅大盛 (3/5)最好吃的選是兩只蝦,肉鮮彈牙,粉漿適中,不膩,水準恰到好處,炸物水準可以。牛肉稻庭烏冬 (3/5)細意地,一片安格斯牛肉半熟半生蓋在烏冬上,我可以自行灼熟,肉質嫩滑,烏冬應該是七代的,餐廳換來另一款反而不合符成本效應,但不知為何,總覺得跟在稻庭吃的不同,幼滑程度不一樣。博多絹豆腐紅豆 (1/5)加進紅豆絹豆腐不滑,口感如有幼沙般,非我杯茶,未完成作棄!若因價錢是團體餐而把材料降格遷就,就失去宣傳的意義了!不少日式店子平日二百多元的午餐亦可令客人満足,今晚每人花$330,只有飽肚而無滿足美味之感,並沒有重臨的意慾!

約朋友出來聊貓貓經 同時也要點事要談嘛,地點改了八百遍最後選出我們都喜歡吃的日本料理 而且它在做打折呢 不來怎麼行看看這餐牌1個御膳居然要花兩百左右,唉丫丫!怎麼那麼貴呢會胃納裝飽飽,口袋卻變空嗎?? 哈哈,原來這陣子它在午市都有在做買一送一的優惠所以就看你是怎麼點囉~ 聽說大廚的來頭也不少啊,但從大小媒體中都看不見它的蹤影 好可惜喔要不是他注意到的話,通常走過路過都不會進來這飯店裡壽司庭 接連著 稻庭 餐廳,屬同一集團經營 我都差點走錯了簡單的裝潢 在吧台設有數個座位,同時也有不少卡位雅座蔥吞拿魚溫泉玉子丼御膳﹝HKD$230﹞每份餐點都配有 沙律 味噌湯 茶碗蒸 咖啡/茶而我的更多了份小小的冷麵 沒想到那麼豐富啊,早知道連早餐都不吃好了!這裡的酸薑不是薄片的那種 而是超厚的,一開始還擔心會辣會嗆 沒想到它很脆且微酸滲出辣勁朋友婆婆媽媽的說 你這個蔥吞拿魚丼份量肯定不多啦,不划算著我選別的才不要呢,因為加入了溫泉玉子拌到米飯裡一定很好吃!!肥嫩的吞拿魚帶甘香的油脂再加入辛香的蔥 及那爽爽的沙律菜 漾起滿足的微笑~ ((想念台北的出色丼飯店了默默吃起來其實米飯比吞拿魚末還要多,都有點吃不完啦我們當中最貴的 特上壽司盛合御膳﹝HKD$258﹞ 有數款新鮮的魚貨因為我只偷吃了一部份,所以不能評論全部啦!嫩綿的玉子 是不錯但不是心中的第一名爽彈微黏的甜蝦 米粒黏潤 軟硬恰到好處,連小卷的吞拿魚也蠻鮮味三文魚親子丼御膳﹝HKD$230﹞每片三文魚都有著令人滿足的厚度配上 啵啵鮮味的三文魚籽 稍微再提點鮮度,誘惑著我把它挖走呵呵 在你們身邊的好處就是每個人的餐點我都可以分享到啦~朋友的 本日燒魚御膳﹝HKD$198﹞小小驚喜啦,因為不知道是那款魚類啊製作需時 它上桌也來得比較晚,剖成心型的魚肉 烤得金黃帶微焦 魚刺就只有中間那條吃的比較很安心不會被卡到,細緻微甜的魚肉 烤得剛剛好還有些許水份加一服務費按原價來收取,折下來才不過五百多~我們4個人每人只花費一百五十 超划算啦!!

We were scheduled to have a meeting around Tsim Sha Tsui area and on the previous day, I was somehow walking past Nishiki, my favourite Yakitori place in Hong Kong bar newly opened Keyaki, both of which I don’t think I have covered as yet except for quick images on Instagram at EpicurusHongKong. We noticed that the other 2nd outpost of Nishimura Restaurant 西村日本料理 here changed into Sushi Tei 寿司庭. The Chefs remain mostly the same and with such an attractive Monday to Sunday Buy 1 Get 1 Free Lunch offer, let’s just make this happen to test it out. I should emphasize that in general I have been skeptical about eating sushi and sashimi in Hong Kong, so far only Sushi Mori and Sushi Take have been kind to me, also Sushi Shougun. You could pay literally thousands in town but you might as well fly to Tokyo instead. Here surprisingly, was almost up there and I can finally taste the seafood !.... Sushi Platter 9 pieces with Tuna Maki roll – $258There’s a good mix of white and shiny fishes, surprisingly all of them were full of taste. I hope it wasn’t a once off wonder. Although there is no Toro, the red Akami tuna was also carrying a good meaty taste. At it’s normal $258 price I am already happy. Can’t believe this is Buy One Get One Free for lunch at the moment… I can eat 2 sets myself ~ 8/10....Negitoro Minced Tuna Don with Onsen Egg – $230Relatively speaking, this was too expensive. But the tuna was okay and notice that the Gari ginger is sliced whole, which is appreciate as it indicates it’s home made by the chef. For me personally I would order the above Nigiri set. ~ 8/10.... Today’s Grilled Fish - Hokke from Hokkaido $198In HK, this is decently priced even without the Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal, although Oootoya is your next bet on getting one for nearly half the price. We had some other food and desserts and tea in included.
