今日跟朋友到這間 '餐廳' 慶祝生日,去到門口看不到名字有點擔心是不是去錯,因為感覺不到有BALI風情,進去是一個小單位(百寶利的一個單位),也沒什麼特別裝修.坐了一陣,店員問要甚麼飲品,要了玫瑰冰.就普通的一渣(打邊爐竹蔗水果D)微紅微甜的水.4人一人分到一杯仔.因為是朋友先到,但因為沒有記住店員曾經說過的食物名,所以全晚一直都不知道會有甚麼食,除左個雞和巴東牛肉.所以也不知道是完呢道菜仲有無下一道.哈哈第一道來的是沙拉,店員說是送的.第二道雞肉串燒第三道紅飯雞這個弄得不錯,雞肉不會鞋第四道巴東牛肉最後是甜品米布丁+牛油果雪糕,店員說是送的一款送一杯仔,4個人一人share一匙更都算叫做有食過GE.當我知道原來巴東牛肉系最後的一道菜,我真是有點兒震驚.4個人食3道主菜?姑且把串燒都當是主菜.頭尾都聲稱是送的,那麼我們就用$1000消費了這3道主菜+一渣玫瑰冰.這私房菜也真的有點貴吧.可能是我見識少,私房菜呢家野(有店主為你安排菜式)都系唔多適合我.我都系去番D有餐牌有價錢的德國餐廳,美國餐廳好過.起碼我都知道每個食客都系同一個價錢食同一樣的食物.哈哈.另外可能是我們人少吧,加上我們order左紅飯雞.3道菜剩2樣,巴東牛肉系招牌菜,即系只剩1樣菜比廚師發揮創意自由設計,所以我們得到了雞肉串燒.好似隔離台系羊肉串燒.

同朋友farewell, 提早用wtsapp訂枱, 由於人數較多, 要先比$500訂金。店主先將menu send左比我, 可以揀左野食先, 都幾多dish係要預訂。環境唔錯,昏暗黃燈,幾warm既土耳其feel。地方唔大, 當日除左我地9個,重有一枱6人同4人,已經坐滿成間餐廳。如果唔book左先, 都幾大機會冇位。餐前小食有印尼蝦片,好厚,有D硬,味道唔錯。牛油果奶昔:幾fresh既牛油果香, 重有未打爛哂既牛油果,奶味有點過重,淡返少少可以令牛油果味更出。有椰糖提供(糖漿同個樽都係凍嫁, 好細心), 唔夠甜可以自己落加多加多:有蝦片,青瓜,蛋,薯仔同菜,食物好普通,精髓係加多加多汁,有D似沙嗲,比沙嗲甜D,有花生碎喺入面,好好食 巴東牛肉:招牌菜,老板娘介紹時話會好辣,可以配埋青瓜同蕃茄一齊食,如果真係頂唔順可以比牛奶我地。又冇想像中咁好食同咁辣,個人覺得羊肉串個肉整得好D。同行朋友覺得有D筋,可以咬下,大讚好好食。免費任食白飯,可以叫 extra 加多加多汁,沙嗲汁同巴東汁送飯。唔知點解另上既巴東汁同牛肉個巴東汁唔同,辣左,濃左,送飯一流!!!香草乳酪雞:相對其他菜式有點失色,味道唔錯,但全部都係雞肉粒,好碎,個汁似唔辣同有乳酩味既咖喱 雞肉/羊肉沙嗲:羊肉冇膻味,肉質好好,有咬口得黎唔un。沙嗲醬都好好食 牛肉薯球:推介 食唔到牛肉,薯仔好滑,唔知係咪落左粉,黏黏地,炸得好香五香酥:炸腐皮卷包住豬肉碎,配酸酸地黑醋味既汁,還可以 印尼粟米餅:粟米餅可以有幾特別?以為會好普通,點知... 幾好食喎! 好多原粒粟米, 連埋粉漿炸,好脆,一D都唔油膩, 個粉有D似健康版煎蠔餅。茄子薯仔:應該係成晚最唔好食既一道菜。極普通既茄子粒同切成片既薯仔,淋D茄汁同乳酪。茄汁味太出,搶哂乳酪味,變成茄汁點茄子同薯仔。 土耳其烤餅:好好食 就咁食已經好香,同其他醬汁一齊食又係另一番風味。好食到叫多一份。每一塊都好薄,份量偏細。 黃薑飯:要預訂。$58一碗都幾貴,份量好細。值得一試,D飯粒粒分明,好濃黃薑味,感覺好新鮮。 梅爾辛紅飯釀烤嫩雞(要預訂):推介!隻雞先原隻上比我地影相 ,之後再拎返入廚房切開。雞肉好嫩好滑,連雞胸都唔會嚡,而且好入味。可以加乳酪食,都幾特別。飯同黃薑飯好唔同,腍D同濕D,另一種感覺,好好食,好惹味。美中不足係食到最後好鹹。隻雞本來下面係沙律 (係咪所有土耳其沙律都落咁多調味料整到咁咸嫁呢?), 飯吸哂D汁搞到好鹹。見D野食全部都唔大份,我地9個人分,以為會唔夠飽。食到依度已經好飽啦!但幾飽都要試埋個甜品!本來店主介紹我地預訂班蘭香蕉蛋糕,我又對餐牌上既印尼鮮牛油千層蛋糕同其他甜品有點興趣,結果決定唔訂,到時先算。可惜當日冇土耳其米飯布甸,得芝士雪糕同牛油果雪糕,本來想試既羅望子都冇。下次都係要預訂穩陣D。芝士雪糕:第一次食芝士味。出乎意料地好食 雪糕好滑,好濃芝士味!好似食緊new york cheese cake既雪糕版。牛油果雪糕:都係咁滑,同芝士比清淡好多。唔係好食到牛油果味,反而奶味濃D,不過大家都話雖然冇牛油果味但好好食。有幾粒都幾大粒既牛油果係入面,真材實料。最後買左盒土耳其軟糖,開心果味一如店主推介唔係好甜,好多開心果粒。但玫瑰味太甜,實在不敢恭唯。人手唔係好夠,全店得3個人,有點慢,但服務態度好好,細心介紹唔同既菜式,為我地添左好多次白飯同醬汁。適合對食物有要求又想傾計既gathering。

2013年12月27日 7:30pm- 10:30pm 9人人生第一次與好友享受私房菜,真是妙不可言!是次品嘗的為土耳其菜,亦是首次嘗試。菜式亦由店主為我們精心設計,以下為當晚菜式:1.Gado Gado 加多加多 x 12.0Rendang Daging Sapi (12oz) 招牌巴東牛肉(12安士) x 13.Manti Lamb/Beef (pre-order needed)自家土耳其牛/羊肉餃子 (需預訂) x 14.0Beef Shish Kebab (3pcs) 土耳其香草雪花牛排串燒(3串) x 15. Roasted Tender Chicken Stuffed with Red Rice in Mersin Style 梅爾辛紅飯釀烤嫩雞 (需預訂) x 26. Sate Ayam (6pcs) 串燒雞肉伴沙爹7. Dadar Jagung 香草印尼粟米餅8. Mussels and Rice with Tomatoes Sauce -Midye Dolma (pre order needed)土耳其青口配番茄海鮮汁釀茄子香草飯(需預訂) (9pcs)除了上述餸菜,白飯是無限量供應的。先别説吃的,談談環境,一進入屋内,伴随着音樂,便有住在土耳其家的感覺,親切温暖,佈置簡潔怡人,全場若只有20個坐位。而服務方面,可能當晚有另一台客人,所以比較忙,少了交流,但服務亦相當周到,有求必應,如臨别買土耳其軟糖時,提供試食,基於太好賣而缺貨,亦介绍我們到分店購買。(*吾系講笑,真系超好食!)好了,終於説吃的!先説前菜 Gado Gado 加多加多,是一款salad,有蛋,有豆腐,生菜等,配以一種帶少少酸甜和微辣的醬汁,作為前菜的,相當醒胃!之後來的是 0Beef Shish Kebab (3pcs) 土耳其香草雪花牛排串燒 3串,有牛肉,洋葱,帶小辣的青椒等。當中牛肉味濃且夾帶着一種特别的味道,難以形容。而青椒洋葱亦非常新鮮!以下為其中最出色的一款之一 Roasted Tender Chicken Stuffed with Red Rice in Mersin Style 梅爾辛紅飯釀烤嫩雞 (需預訂) , 原隻雞伴XXX飯,由於對香草没有什麼認識,所以是XXX。吃法比較特别,要在上淋上秘製乳酪。先説味道,熱辣辣的雞肉夾帶着涼浸浸的乳酪,先嘗到香而不濃的乳酪,繼而和雞肉混合,味道新奇可口。而XXX飯方面,有着香濃的雞味,份量適中。值得一提是那隻雞,筆者吃雞是不滑不吃,而一般的雞,滑的部分應該只有脾,背和翼,但此雞是整隻都滑,相當impressive!而期待已久最出色的,就是0Rendang Daging Sapi (12oz) 招牌巴東牛肉(12安士) ,雖然賣相不太討好,啡黑色一粒粒,但放入口時「一嗚驚人」。起初用叉叉下去感覺會是有點難入口,會黏牙。而實際是完全相反,非常有咬口,不黏牙,易消化。店主提醒會比較辣,所以伴自家製冰鎮青瓜解辣,而且相當有效!除此之外,白飯是任加,配巴東牛肉的汁,我吃了4碟飯!而上面提到的辣,是非一般的辣,不是想當刺激的辣,而是從内至外冉冉地滲出的香辣,散發着濃陏的牛味,即使吃了青瓜,其解辣功效没有完全沖淡所有味道,而是減少了辣的感覺,過了一會,依然有精品咖啡般的餘韻。至於Manti Lamb (pre-order needed) 自家土耳其羊肉餃子,好吃是好吃,但和以上所比,並不特出,而且比較細粒,脆皮包着肉餡,可以為小食。下款為Sate Ayam (6pcs) 串燒雞肉伴沙爹 ,同上,雞肉相當軟滑,沙爹也好吃,但亦不算特出。有一款也出人意表,外表平凡,郤深藏不露,就是 Dadar Jagung 香草印尼粟米餅。外表與薯餅無異,但内裏郤包着很多粟米粒,充滿着粟米的味道,很香很鬆化。最後一道,就是Mussels and Rice with Tomatoes Sauce -Midye Dolma (pre order needed)土耳其青口配番茄海鮮汁釀茄子香草飯(需預訂) (9pcs),看其名也知是怎样,青口很新鮮,但略嫌香草飯酸,個人較偏愛忌廉汁。吃完飯,當然少不了甜品,我們點了自家製土耳其雪糕,天啊,大家都認為這是人生最好吃的雪糕之一,異常香濃的牛奶味,甜而不膩,份量適中,可謂國色天香,令人回味無窮!難得來土耳其,手信也不能少,就是土耳其軟糖,其軟糖是新鮮空運到港,我們試了果仁和玫瑰味,先説玫瑰味,只是聞已有陣陣玫瑰花幽香,放入口中彷彿進入了充滿着玫瑰花的世外桃源,正! 而果仁,筆者是討厭的,但此糖另我對果仁刮目相看,咬下去相當有層次,果仁粒也好吃,也甜得入心入肺(誇張!Face with tears of joy)經過第一次,好友們都大力推薦,筆者亦誠心推薦大家一試,人數最好在8至10人,可以試多款亦能飽肚。

想傾密計又怕人多、嘈、時間限制 ?相信好多人都同我一樣架啦 ! 今次多得朋友介紹黎到位於旺角既樓上餐廳,上到去店子細細的, 但好有渡假FEEL喔。「I LOVE BALI」應該係食BALI菜, 不過呢間餐廳主打印度菜式。MENU上選擇都算多, 如果問下店員有咩好介紹, 分分鐘有意想不到既菜式嚕。首先就黎一個脆卜卜既小食, 好似叫做「魚餅」, 我唔係好記得個名, 咬落去好脆, 冇油膩, 帶點咸香, 不過冇魚味既 XDDD至於飲品, 我就叫左玫瑰冰, 聽聞好多人點呢個特飲架。 而朋友就叫左青檸特飲, 我試過味, 都唔錯的,兩杯都唔會過甜, 我ORDER時叫左少甜,相對玫瑰味會淡左DD啊。GADO GADO (加多加多), 係一款熱食SALAD, 有蔬菜墊底, 仲有我至愛既蝦片,配一個咸咸地又有D花生既醬, 味道普通啦。招牌巴東牛肉 6oz呢個不得不讚, 的確好味, 辣味出, 汁夠濃,肉質夠哂林, 送飯一流, 越食越流汗 (爽皮)。印尼花豆炒鮮蝦, 花豆係咩黎既呢, 原來又叫臭豆喎, 有點苦澀味, 唔係人人受得到架, 我個人就麻麻地啦,聽聞吃了之後, 去廁所都有好大陣味,越大陣味代表腸胃越好, 信不信由你,個蝦球好彈好鮮, 唔知佢用咩醬炒,類似XO醬啦, 帶出蝦既鮮味, 很不錯啊。梅爾辛紅飯釀烤雞, 一上台相機食先啦, wakakka, 成隻雞烤得好靚, 雞肉好嫩, 有淡淡的香草味,最愛塊烤到好香又唔多油既雞皮, 而且肉身亦醃得好入味,入面既飯都係有味的, 咬落有一粒粒爽爽地既東東,不過唔知係咩, 飯太多啦, 我地3個女仔食唔哂,人多就岩哂啦 !食呢個釀烤雞最好就配呢個YOGURT醬, 好多時D YOGURT都有大陣"SO"味,不過呢個醬又處理得唔錯噃, 食到有奶香喔 !最後係甜品, 包括3款口味雪糕 (羅望子、牛油果、開心果), 加埋土耳其米飯布甸, 布甸入面有米飯, 面層有玉桂粉,好特別, 但我唔太識欣賞, 我抗拒肉桂啊。雪糕係hand made架, 最愛羅望子酸酸甜甜的,牛油果、開心果相對奶味較重, 但我一樣喜歡。

Met some friends at I Love Bali for some Turkish food (I'll have to come back for the Indonesian stuff). It's definitely not a walk-in place, and you should probably arrange the meal ahead of time.OK, so Gado Gado is not Turkish, but we asked for something with vegetables and apparently the Turkish don't do that. So we got the Gado Gado. First time for me having this dish, it's boiled vegetables like potatoes, green beans and some other greens, with a hard-boiled egg and some prawn cakes. There's a peanut sauce you're supposed to slather it in. I'll admit to not really being a fan. The veggies were pretty bland on their own, and smothering them in peanut sauce just made everything taste like peanut sauce. OK, CAfter the salad came this stuffed mackerel, which I did like. Here's a close-up so you can see more of what's going on. The mackerel has had its insides removed. Then they were minced, and mixed with herbs and raisins and some other things. Then the fish skin is stuffed with the mince and seared until crispy. A little lemon on the result adds a nice bold touch. I was impressed. Great, A-After the fish we got some fried Turkish cheese. The cheese itself wasn't melty even after the frying, it was more crumbly. It came in two forms: one had sort of a wonton wrapper with the cheese & chopped cilantro inside. These were just fantastic. The second form was a sort of cheese stick, with the same filling; I liked the wonton ones better, but both were really good. Great, in fact, AI have less of an idea of exactly what this dish was. Little fried pastries with minced meat inside, covered in sour cream and ketchup. These were less exciting than the cheese. The pastries themselves were a little bland and not really crispy or hot enough. And I don't know if the ketchup is authentic but... c'mon Turkey, ketchup? Really? Good, B-I don't particularly like mussels and I don't really know why anyone else does either. They're best when tender and, to my mind, all sauced-up. This dish was really banking on the direct appeal of the mussels themselves. And they were chewy and bland. The rice they were served with was also bland and a little bit overly mushy. OK, C-Although the fish and the fried cheese were great, the Mersin chicken stole our hearts. I was pretty full at this point, but I just had to chow down on the chicken. The herbs and marinade for the skin were very tasty, it was cooked nice and crispy, the chicken on the inside was tender and juicy. Everyone at the table raved about it, and when they asked us at the end of the meal how the food was, the chicken was the first to be mentioned. You have to order this in advance but I suggest that you do so. And the rice it comes with is good as well. Excellent, A+I was quite impressed by the food here, and I will definitely come back for the Balinese cuisine. The restaurant is dark and cramped. It's a little disorganized (we were on-time for our reservations but still had to wait for a table). The food takes forever... our dinner was 3 hours long! And there's no alcoholic drinks but you can BYOB. It's true HK private kitchen fare, and you've got to be able to chillax and live with that. I found it great, A.
