昨晚和几个朋友新年聚旧,去了这潮州菜馆食饭。我们没有点贵的山珍海味,只是叫了鹅肝豆腐 (鹅肝大块厚肉),牛肉芥兰(芥兰新鲜鲜甜和牛肉非常嫩滑),墨鱼丸菜锅(墨鱼丸大大粒,汤底), 炸豆腐,白饭。甜品叫了两个无糖杏仁茶 (虽然是无糖,但有很重的杏仁味,做得非常好,滋润),和豆沙甜品。因为是常客,也只不过每人要三百多元 (不过相信他们给了我们折扣). 以这一餐的质素,实在物有所值,非常好。

潮洲菜向香港也有好多人中意食,而今次选择这里地方不算大,但服务员就好多,所以服务不错👍🏻而食物方面:- 卤水鹅🪿就必定要食👍🏻好掂,好入味⋯⋯必食推荐- 凉拌百合🤗好特别,平时多数食炒百合,唔知原来凉拌系咁好食🥰又甜又爽口- 炸物通常叫炸双枣,但今次介绍炸芋泥鸭件好好味,原来系功夫菜,唔系成日有🫰🏻- 高汤灼手切牛肉🐮朋友话好淋好好味- 支竹炆老虎班煲🐟鱼肉好新鲜,支竹吸晒D汁巧正- 再加多几个点心🫰🏻🫰🏻一样好好味下次午餐可以来饮茶👍🏻👍🏻温馨提示:记得要先订位🤭

Friends’ recent favourite. Top notch ingredients, execution and service from start to finish. 特式冻马友鱼 To start. Incredibly fat and sweet.潮州轩卤水拼盘 Foie gras and tofu were silky smooth. Goose intestine very crunchy to the bite. 脆炸普宁豆腐 My new favourite. Delightfully crunchy exterior. Interesting textured silky interior. 手工鲜蟹枣 and 潮阳鲜虾枣 Both fried to golden perfection潮州红烧鱼翅 Flavourful broth with generous amount of shark fin. 花雕蛋白蒸大红蟹 Server proudly presented it to us, saying that they do this better than The Chairman. Potato noodles were used as the base as opposed to the usual rice noodles. Crab was meaty and sweet. Could have added more Shaoxing wine for better fragrance. And I personally prefer rice noodles for better absorption of the crab essence.豉油炒海南吊片 Cuttlefish was way too chewy and salty for my taste.青瓜肉碎煮鱼鳔 Fish maw done right soaking up the hearty broth.糖醋两面黄伊面 beautifully done. 返沙芋头 and 清心豆爽 to end. The fried taro were deep fried to perfection. I was full to the brim but I couldn’t resist having two!!Overall Chaozhou cuisine at its best. Already looking forward to our next visit!!

一间极难book嘅餐厅,每次打嚟都full晒,要提早成个月book,除非坐房,最低消费好似要六千蚊起🙂餐厅服务好好,事先有确认订位亦都有短讯提示当日新宁道入口扶手电梯暂停,建议老人家喺恩平道方向搭䢂,但系估唔到某啲侍应系唔识广东话,要用普通话沟通😂店面唔大,只有约十张枱同埋其他贵宾房,我哋被安排坐喺角落头嘅圆枱,位置好舒适。坐低奉上嘅功夫茶同食完所有嘢之后奉上嘅功夫茶味道系唔同,前者唔会削胃苦涩,后者好甘香比较解腻。卤水拼盘 有鹅肉,鹅肝,大肠,肾,豆腐,鸡蛋,鹅肝有两种唔同嘅口感,一种比较硬身有咬口带甘香,另一种好软糯好滑。鹅肉份量比较少,有啲到喉唔到肺嘅感觉🥲蚝仔烙餐牌有几种蚝仔烙,唔同价钱,我哋叫普通果种,食落鲜嫩湿润,唔会炸到干争争,但食唔出有蚝味。脆炸普宁豆腐附上韭菜盐水, 新鲜炸起点嚟食外脆内 嫩,上面仲配咗炸海苔点缀,一齐食好好味😋脆炸九肚鱼摆盘感觉上同炸普宁豆腐相似,都系有炸海苔点缀,但比较失望系佢将九肚鱼开咗边去炸,应该系为咗起骨方便食客享用,但食落就失咗原条厚身嘅口感🥲凉瓜黄豆腩肉煲凉瓜甘香软淋,同黄豆系绝配,细个有饮过妈咪煲嘅凉瓜黄豆猪骨汤,有种儿时回忆涌出嚟🙂最后,叫左两款甜品,分别系反沙芋同侍应姐姐推荐嘅羔烧四宝,有黄糖配芋头南瓜银杏山药,好新奇好味。反沙芋嘅芋头好香,砂糖入面有少少葱粒,虽然食唔出葱味,但望落去感觉特别清新,溶咗嘅砂糖亦将芋头包得均匀,系必食推介😍整体性价比偏低,屋企人系潮州人都觉得好似去打冷会适合啲,气氛同味道都会更好😅人均消费$500评分:最高为5分治愈度:👩⚕️👩⚕️👩⚕️抵食度:💉💉翻兜指数:🩺🩺潮州轩铜锣湾新宁道8号中国太平大厦1期2楼#healingbobo #foodie #hkfoodie #foodiehk #香港 #美食 #CWB #铜锣湾 #潮州菜 #潮州轩

前两天打算到铜锣湾Brick Lane午饭,点知去到发现已关门,而open rice纲页仍未有这更新,结果行到利园农圃,但见到门外歺牌不多选择,便上多一层到陌生的潮州轩试试,结果喜出望外,点心精致,可每件计(最少两件),适合人少饭局,价钱略贵,$28位茶,我们2人吃左4点心、1️⃣蚝仔粥,3百几埋单,不得不提蚝仔粥非常好吃鱼汤底味道浓郁👍🏻环境也可以,灯光好、枱与枱之间距离甚寛,有私人空间,唯一是冷气略冻,我们坐的卡位颇大风所以大家女仕如要到访,一定要多带件外套或披风😉
