📍Master HuenFirst question is how to pronounce the word 𧝁 😆 I was taught that it is similar to 圈 😮When you dine at Master Huen, you can hear “wow~” & “waaaa~” now and then as tables get their signature dish: fried monster mantis shrimp. It’s the largest size I have ever seen and the meat is damn thickkkkk The cook and the seasoning were great too! You got to have a bite with the spring onions. As for the other steamed seafood, both the razor clams and scallops were steamed to perfection. Love th

As for the other steamed seafood, both the razor clams and scallops were steamed to perfection. Love the amount of green onion on top. One minor comment is that they poured a bit too much hot oil on top so slightly greasy.
As for the non seafood dishes, the yellow wine chicken is very warming but it is a little bit too sweet for me. As for the sweet and sour pork, great meaty flavor but the outer shell was a bit soggy
Overall, Master Huen is a place to try if you love mantis shrimp!
Seafood needs to be preordered and they only accept cash!
