好耐無見的朋友約我晌呢間嘢食LUNCH, 訂咗位唔洗等我叫咗滑蛋炸豬扒飯定食…呢間嘢真係無改錯名, 塊豬扒又霉又淋, 無味, 但個汁又太咸! 係隻蛋較為可取, 半生熟。朋友叫吉列豬扒定食, 個樣好似好D, 但我相信豬扒都係一樣…

前日同個fd 去IFC 食lunch, 好鬼肚餓, 就去左梅林食餐勁既!我先叫左個梅林特選豬排蛋飯, 得bor! 好香好多汁. 加埋個豬排汁酸酸地仲正Highly recommended!!我個fd 話要清清地, 叫左個冷烏冬, not my cup of tea!!由於我太肚餓既關係, 我再叫左件炸蝦和炸帶子, 好大件!! 好鬆化..之後我仲叫多杯巨峰提子梳打, 太滿足了!!

Was planning to have lunch at the neighbouring restaurant, however, the queue was long so I decided to give it a try.I am not a fan of Japanese style pork chop, and they only serve in limited style. So I ordered sashimi rice. It was only 13:00 and this dish was already sold out. At the end, I ordered the prawn tempura with rice. The texture of the tempura was reasonably good. 豬扒蛋飯最好食都係梅林。佢係D豬扒厚厚的mix剛剛熟的蛋。真的好好味。最緊要的是夠多汁。但如果想食炸豬扒or其它炸食物，我就唔會係佢到食。會去Tonkichi Tonkatsu Food 食。

並不是第一次來這家食肆。以往印象尚可，可惜今次經驗卻令人搖頭嘆息！因參加了活動，來到已是晚上9:30，接待侍應講明last order是10:00。還有半小時，當然不是問題，只求吃個便飯回家。點了吉列豬扒定食，卻要苦候到9:54食物才上桌。令人震驚的是，這裏的招牌定食之一，竟已淪落到成為過熟、乾硬、味道欠奉的下等貨式！ 當時本已肌腸轆轆，仍覺難以入口，嗚乎！也罷，肉難吃，多吃的菜絲吧，豈料標榜無限供應的椰菜絲一到十時也停止供應，沒有加添 --- 但我明明看到吧台上其實還有一盤菜絲啊，寧願丟掉還是要留到翌日奉客？吃了五分鐘左右，有侍應急不及待拿賬單過來要求結賬了 --- 這樣子的服務再次令我大吃一驚。堂堂IFC也有如此地踎式的餐廳？！當然幾分鐘後，侍應又要過來找續，有甚麼必要如此粗暴地打擾客人進餐？本以為豬扒不好吃可能是廚師失手過熟，不料回來一查看近期食評，原來已有幾位食家提及此問題。看來，此餐廳的水準就是不濟。而服務水準和態度，原來也經常受批評的。相信很難再有動力要來了。要吃日式吉列菜式，還是到Tonkichi吧。

We came to this restaurant as it was raining outside at lunch and we haven’t tried this before. We went straight in without reservation at 12:10pm. I have tried 銀座梅林 Tonkatsu Ginza Bairin for many times before. I thought it offered pretty good quality food with reasonable price. So I went there again for dinner this evening. 一個懶洋洋的中午，打算食個late lunch再週圍行吓。响IFC間間都full，醒起未試過炸豬扒，又唔點洗等位，就試吓佢。攞飛後等咗3分鐘左右就有個類似經理般嘅西裝友叫入座，被安排坐bar檯，好衰唔衰喺上菜位旁邊，見到有張四人卡位，咁老公問坐果度得唔得，個西裝友一句唔可以，老公同西裝友講"你唔好俾我見到你俾兩位坐果張檯"，然後就被推埋D張櫈(當時老公個企响櫈與檯之間)局佢坐低。然後有張二人吉檯，西裝友同我打眼色叫我哋過去，我同老公坐起身，但唔係行過去，係離開。呢位類似經理嘅西裝友真係趕客，以後都唔會再嚟。

與朋友們在中環辦了點事之後, 朋友提議過來 IFC 吃飯。商場入的食肆算是去過不少, 但香港站樓上這部份的好幾家食店就真是未來過。我們一直走, 走到來銀座梅林, 就是我們吃晚餐的地點了。以前在尖沙咀店吃過其著名的吉列豬扒定食, 而且有其中一位朋友點了來吃, 今次就不再重覆, 改吃梅林特選豬柳飯 (? $148)。近一兩年才開始愛上吃吉列, 個人喜愛肉質較嫩滑的豬柳甚於豬扒, 雖然當日在尖沙咀店吃的吉列豬扒已經是很不錯的了。我事前也不知道這個飯是什麼東東來的, 原來梅林特選豬柳飯其實是一大碗吉列豬柳蓋飯 (即是丼), 上面蓋著一隻半熟蛋, 配豚肉麵豉湯和漬物。先喝了麵豉湯, 可能是下了豬肉的關係, 比起平常的麵豉湯多了一份鮮甜。漬物就沒什麼特別了。那碗飯還真是熱騰騰的呢。見到這個情形, 第一件事當然是把蛋黃「篤穿」, 讓金黃滑溜的蛋汁流遍整碗飯啦。豬柳據說是選用黑豚肉, 脂肪紋均勻, 肉質細嫩而多肉汁, 入口又有少許肥甘。吉列皮也炸得不俗, 雖然丼飯本身已預先下了甜甜的醬汁, 而且也有炒洋蔥在內, 吉列醬汁無用武 之地, 不過吉列皮也沒有因而浸到腍哂, 仍然保留香脆的口感, 滲滿了蛋

We had a small wait and the Restaurant was entirely packed on a mid-week dinner. We had Tonkatsu and the Ginger Pork which were both good. The service however, was bad to rude. The food preparation was avg and seating was cramped, but the place was filled with willing customers. I thought that if I had come with more than two persons, it would have been a more pleasurable dining experience. I would check out other locations, and I'll give this another try.

Had first been there at old location about 2 years ago. Service WAS good, servers WERE polite, battered deep fried pork chop WAS tasty.Been to their new location again and found that no good thing last long.First I arrived in person at 6.30pm and requested a table at 7.30pm, the receptionist answered booking was full but I can walk in immediately. $165吉列豬排套餐比豈其他日式吉列專門店，豬排份量比較大件，粉醬較厚身但不算油膩，肉質好乾身沒有肉汁和肉味，菜絲和白飯都可以任添，但就沒有供應芝麻伴醬汁醮豬排吃，菜絲切到非常幼細(即係碎。檯面有3種醬料，分別是芝麻沙律醬：醮菜絲和豬排味道都好相配；柚子沙律醋：好咸，似豉油多過似醋，但都可以配豬排，因為件豬排真係無味的！豬排醬汁：好似有少少香草味，味道怪怪的，不討好。服務幾好，不時加茶和問客人要不要添加菜絲，我朋友仲加多碗白飯呵！值得一提是碗湯，不是普通淡而無味的白麵豉湯，而是豆味較重和加了肉汁味道較濃的麵豉湯。食完有些熱氣，因為豆豆即刻現形，但久唔久一次又無妨啦。

由於好耐之前係K11食過一次，印象非常好，所以即使個個同我講呢間野又貴又唔好食，我都比次機會試下，點知........同上次一樣要咗個豬柳飯，不過完全無豬味！上次既豬柳肥瘦均勻，而且仲有濃烈的豬油香。不過今次就味如嚼蠟！完全失望，連之前的美味回憶都破壞埋！難食又未至於，不過呢個價錢，哈哈，當比鋪租曪！

Quick dinner before movie. My friend suggested to have something heavy, okay, haven't had pork chop for ages anyway.My friend went to the branch in Shanghai earlier, the comment was it's better and much cheaper than this one in HK. 聼過好多人對銀座梅林的評語，決定同朋友試一試，點知真係好失望。Order了一個豬柳定食同一個豬扒定食，上菜速度快，只等了大概10分鐘。賣相還可以，但無論豬扒定豬柳一入口都令人失望。豬扒肉質較乾，而且有筋，肉味淡。豬柳非常乾，可以一絲絲拉開，完全不是我們expect的口感！沒太多肉汁，總之唔好食！豬扒汁很普通（這裡沒有芝麻的）。椰菜不夠爽，而且碟上分量比較少（不過可以任添）。白飯沒太多飯香，不過總算是煮得適中。Miso的味道略差。整體上銀座梅林一次就夠！
