难得全Team人一起午饭,老板一早已订了枱,我们一行五人,原来除了老板,全部都是第一次光顾。午市有set lunch,有头盘加主菜,如要甜品则虽要再加钱。我的头盘点了bean salad,红醋汁的沙律很好味,绝对就是正宗西餐的好味沙律。主菜我点了猪扒,意想不到的是猪扒肉很软、很腍,并不是干柴感的猪扒,有肉汁,而西餐是很注重酱汁的,这个肉汁的调味也很好,绝对要赞。更有惊喜的是这儿的咖啡,我点了cappacino,奶泡打得很好、很厚,为一餐作了完美的结尾。

Located on the second floor of a building along Wyndham Street, it took me and my friend a bit of time to find the right entrance. Tip: enter from the left of the building, the entrance is opposite to a school. The entrance to the right of the building will lead you to Stockton, and the main entrance is not for residents only.To start with, we ordered a Soft Duck Egg Raviolo, which was filled with fresh ricotta cream, black truffle, burnt sage butter, and pecorino. There was an unexpected flow of egg yolk when I cut up the raviolo. Nice surprise! The raviolo was heavily flavored with black truffle and ricotta cream, very delicious and enjoyable.Between pork chop and monkfish, we picked monkfish with the staff recommendation. It's a huge solid piece of fish on top of black bean & chorizo ragout, spring onion and romesco. The fish was smoking hot but not overcooked. Meat was solid yet tender. This is my first time ever trying a monkfish.

For HKD200 Lunch set was very mediocre. Taste was just ok. Ingredient was very plain, i.e. they use bakchoy with pork. Their pasta taste just little better than mac n cheese. Service was average. They didn't give us chocolate desert that I got last time I visited ordering the same lunch set.

记得朋友讲过呢间餐厅唔错, 系12月24号夜晚一于来试一试总括而言, 餐厅个service size比同区嘅餐厅大,但味道非常唔ok,有好多更好既选择,个人认为非常之overpriced, even with 50% off.Service 唔错, 要食饱系一个好选择,但食Quality真系未必会再去。Soft Duck Egg Raviolo ($135)- 块皮非常之厚,只食到啲小小松露味,完全食唔到蛋香味Australian Tuna w/ Watermelon ($290) - Oh my gosh,Tuna is too salty,整碟seasoning 既味道无Harmony, 同附近另一间餐厅无得比Baked whole sea bass ($390) - 普通一条鱼,味道不过不失,算Ok24 hours slow cooked beef ribs ($490) - 份量超大,有啲吓亲,不过好可惜,我个人对slowcook 有啲研究,我觉得overcooked (非常奇怪地), 砌晒头尾上下,中间𠮶Part 味道 & Texture 其实Ok的, 其他部分真系不能入口 Pavlova($110) - Lavender favour 几特别,overall太太太甜

Previous visited for dinner, we opened wine, ordered starters, while waiting for friends we saw next table has bread so we asked the server, first server said no bread can be served, so I asked another server why would the next table has bread, we don’t kind to pay for it, he said they don’t sell it so he said he will need to check with the chef if we can have the bread. I was shocked, is it mean there is a chance the chef would say we are not allow? When they brought the bread over, I thought it would be a high quality bread but it was just a few pieces of toasted bread. I forgot about this until my second visit yesterday at lunch, my friend ask for the bread and the serve said the exact same thing, check withy he chef first, and brought over a few burnt toast. The food itself is not cheap, we spent 4000$ for dinner last time, but they cannot provide a better quality of bread without begging for it???The food was ok, there is better food/ bread and service out there within the same price.
