Weekend lunch menu呢个lunch menu样样都有啲,唔使谂,按人数份量出餐 To start: Seafood platter on ice: Boston lobster, oyster, tiger prawn头盘系海鲜拼盘,生蚝同虎虾都系每人两只,龙虾份量就唔知点分配喇。全部都新鲜好味。特别想highlight虎虾好爽甜同肉质实净。 Tapas: Croquetas de pollo: Chicken croquette, bechamel, romesco sauce其实就系一粒可乐饼,鸡肉打碎左,外脆内creamy Tapas: Padron Peppers: Sea salt一款辣椒,简单焗一焗之后洒上海盐 Tapas: Gambas al ajillo: Sustainable tiger prawns, garlic, chili oil蒜片虾系我眼中一款好typical嘅tapas,呢个做法比较湿,我钟意干身少少 Mains: Seafood paella: Clums, tiger prawn, baby squid, alioli海鲜饭个饭就有好浓郁嘅汤味,不过海鲜偏细粒同埋款式上无咩记忆点。可能头盘个海鲜拼盘已经食左新鲜厚肉嘅海鲜,呢个paella就将个重点放返喺个饭。 Mains: Cochinillo asado: Roasted suckling pig, fried potato, signature pork sauce平时喺其他地方食西班牙乳猪通常都无乜肉食,今次呢个就几厚肉。 Mains: Txuleton: 350g ribeye steak, confit piquilo, garlic, beef jus乳猪同ribeye系二拣一的,我地有5个人,所以加钱转左少少做ribeye。内质都几细嫰,但系外层上色好似有少少不足 Dessert: Churros: Chocolate dip平时对甜品无乜兴趣,但系呢个churros真系三个字「好好食」。无咩好解释,留返大家自己去试。 整体黎讲都唔错,食食下先发现呢个lunch set系会食左好多虾,希望餐厅之后可以调整下。 继续阅读

是一群四人夜话的约会,到了Rosewood的西班牙餐厅共晋晚膳。面包桶其实无甚特别,之不过席间有人大爱,说好食到飞起绝对谈不上,有些确是颇香脆的,其他就可以用不外如是来形容。鬼佬芥兰沙律倒是不错,菜蔬条条嫩绿鲜明,软度适中,油分亦没有过多,还有烤过的核桃,是增添香气的元素!西班牙八爪鱼小食面层乃铺了芝士及红椒粉,以薯蓉垫底。八爪鱼又够味又够爽,但垫底的薯蓉实在太一坨了,较为糊口!西班牙奄列虽有颇重的蛋香,惟过于实净,不够松软,吃完非常之滞,顶住个胃!其上的火腿倒是咸香油润,只能说句少吃怡情。炸鱿鱼圈酥脆是酥脆的,鱿鱼肉亦不靭,调味恰宜;可是实在太过油腻,即使唧多多柠檬汁也去不掉多少油份。中晒士的海鲜拼盘原本有龙虾半只、生蚝、冻虾和带子各三件。不能说不鲜美,但以六百多个大洋而言,性价比偏低。凡到西班牙餐厅,西班牙海鲜饭乃必点之物。这盘饭的海鲜新鲜爽口,自行捞起之后饭吸了汁也还不错,只可惜海鲜份量少之又少,不够𩠌。预订的芋头蛋糕,上层铺满以及中间同样夹著的芋头忌廉,忌廉绵滑,蛋糕松软,问题在于芋头味不够突显而已。餐厅格调高贵,环境雅致,但索价不菲,食物质数却不成正比。 继续阅读

真喺有啲无厘头,最近收到银行邀请,可能见我都有丁点基金投资晌度,想揾我做番嘅理财分析,都预佢哋会顺便推销吓啲投资产品,最后又无㖞,仲坚送咗张瑰丽酒店「Bayfare Social」西班牙餐厅嘅午餐劵,所以,订定位去食餐免费饭。虽然话酒店晌K11 Muse上面,但指示牌唔多又唔清晰,都兜咗好耐先揾到。贵为5星级酒店,环境及服务自然有番咁上下,难得感觉却喺好轻松自在。不过,整体地方喺大嘅,但唔明点解部份枱櫈嘅安排会咁贴,唔想听到隔离讲嘢都焗听。讲番个免费餐,喺两道菜供二人享用,只得一份面包篮、一份熟食冷肉盘同一份西班牙海鲜饭,份量上因为老婆细食,我哋都OK嘅,如果两位正常食量嘅男士,就几敢肯定唔够喇。因为免费,餐牌就无标价钱,但睇番散点嘅餐牌,推算成个套餐值$670左右。趁得闲,啲嘢又未上枱,所以,顺便影影个散点餐牌出嚟俾大家参考个价格。面包篮先上一份面包篮,并附上西班牙产嘅雪梨醋同初榨橄榄油,显得有啲高档。面包有两款,都喺睇番餐牌所知,包括酸种面包同扁面包,虽然订枱时会问你有无咩食物敏感,并一早讲咗希望喺无麸质,但嚟到都喺话你知佢哋唔会提供无麸质食物,真喺嘥气,成份面包篮就只好由小弟全力处决掉,等老婆食多啲饭。熟食冷肉盘晌餐牌里面只写上菜式名「Charcuterie Board」,却无讲包含咩款式风干肉肠,嚟到一睇共有5款,有啲会拼上唔同嘅芝士、果干,但今趟就唔见,只喺伴有少少烘脆咗嘅果仁。由于侍应无特别介绍呢5款肉肠,加上小弟对西班牙菜唔在行,所以,俾唔到大家佢哋嘅个别名称,然而,整体嚟讲,各有特色,有啲咸香有咬口,有啲质感细腻有阵阵肉香,有啲就有油脂香得嚟又唔会觉好肥。西班牙海鲜饭套餐嘅主食喺西班牙菜嘅经典西班牙海鲜饭,都喺按传统用上大铁镬呈上,饭面有大虾、海蚬、墨鱼仔,再加一抹蒜泥蛋黄酱同柠檬角,老实讲以一间五星级酒店内嘅餐厅而言,𩠌料嘅份量确喺偏少,海蚬同墨鱼仔都唔喺好有睇头,还好啲料都够鲜甜,饭粒软绵并吸满汤汁,再唧上柠檬汁,捞埋啲蛋黄酱,味道几正,不过,成镬饭得一小抹蛋黄酱感觉又喺偏少。佢哋有另一个角落,喺专卖咖啡、甜点同雪糕,我估兼营外卖生意,针对楼上嘅办公室客。朱古力蛋糕 $110见个饼柜嘅朱古力蛋糕几靓,加上老婆都好钟情朱古力系嘅嘢,尤其黑朱古力,所以,嗌多一客甜品嚟试试。卖到百几蚊确喺唔平,但质素真喺高,底层嘅朱古力蛋糕松软富回弹力,上层嘅朱古力慕丝好幼滑,朱古力味浓,而面层嘅镜面朱古力浆做得富光泽,带点甘苦余韵,好食。谂住嚟到咁高档嘅酒店餐厅,应该会有啲惊喜,不过,跟现实就有啲落差,所谓两道菜二人餐,份量都只可以讲勉强够,食物嘅质素就唔差,可是亦唔叫好好,尤其假如以实价计,性格比绝对唔高。 继续阅读

rosewood西班牙菜算系中价位,同一般西班牙餐厅差唔多价,食物系好食但会催埋单😂🍴Octopus Tapas $198个薯仔系有口感食落去有少少辣椒油嘅咸香八爪鱼系软腍腍得来爽口弹牙唔会太过腍冇口感嘅🍴Ham Tortilla Omelette $180薯仔蛋饼比例系啱啱好嘅,啲蛋都好嫩滑,火腿系檀香得来有肉味,系比较偏瘦,唔会太多肥膏!🍴Scallop Crudo $198带子系好嫩滑鲜甜,配咗个酸酸地,大少少香料味道食落去都系好清新,好开胃!🍴Seafood Paella $358个饭好香,有少少海鲜嘅鲜味个饭系软硬适中好食㗎,我蚬好咸先大只冇沙,虾肉都好爽口,加咗个蛋黄酱系有少少香蒜味🍴Apple Crumble $115苹果金宝,都完全够晒两个人share,完全恰到好处唔会太甜太酸,苹果都有口感,自制雪糕都够食推荐指数: 8/10几好食,服务贴心,环境坐得阔落,食物质素几好?美中不足就系去到先知限时两个钟,上菜都急,侍应劲快手,未食完前菜上main,一食完main就收碟问要唔要甜品,有啲chur,眼见唔full,bar枱好多位,8点就会催埋单迫走,以为五星级酒店唔会咁,冇得慢慢食饮酒吹水,有啲赶 继续阅读

It’s actually my first time trying a restaurant in Rosewood HAHA (im sorry) everything was very fancy and the atmosphere was really nice! The only thing is that its super windy inside ><We decided to try this spanish cuisine and it did not let me down! On a weekday, they had a lunch menu with a starter, tapas, main, dessert and drink for $400~ p.p., but do note that everyone on the table has to get the set meal. Thus, we decided to order a la cartes since not everyone wanted the set👀Chicken salad ($160) Romaine Heart was used as the salad veggie - very cripsy and has a nice chrunch🥗! The chicken was seared golden brown witha crispy skin, and the anchovies, grana aadano, coddled egg, crispy bacon added a really nice touch🫶🏻. Though I would have to say that the bread was overly cripsy/ hardRigatoni ($170) The rigatoni was cooked perfectly till aldante, leaving a chewy texture. The tomato sauce was has a sweet and tangy flavour, and the iberico pork was really juicy🐖! Suckling pig ($530) I would have to say this was one of my favs! The suckling pig was very soft and juicy, the skin was really crispy! The sauce adds a nice touch, and everything was perfect! Large Seafood paella🦐 ($518)This tastes very authentic, I felt like its 99% close to the one I had in Barcellona few years ago!! The seafood (including prawns, baby squid and clams) were fresh and cooked to an optimum point. The rice was very chewy with slight crisps on the side!
