Recommended by friends who love arts. The deco is unique and incredible, filled with Banksy and Kaws pieces. We tried the chef's imagination menu and loved his creativeness in using innovative ingredients - like the celeriac risotto with mango and truffle! The staff patiently described each course to us and answered the many questions we had. Can't wait to go back to Bibo again!

"Hands down one of the best fine dinning experiences in Hong Kong. The whole dinning room was literally filled with amazing art and the service was spot on. I had the six course tasting menu, every dish was full of flavour and you can tell the quality of the ingredients is the best you can get. Will definitely recommend it to anyone.

I had dinner at Bibo on a Monday night and it was a fantastic experience. The venue was out of the world and the service was absolutely flawless. The manager was attentive and friendly and made us feel super special. We had the tasting menu and I told them I was vegetarian - not only were they accommodating, every single dish was so wonderful and well thought out I haven't been this impressed for a long time in Hong Kong!

Came here for dinner last week and loved it! Had the chefs menu and every dish was stunning, especially the celeriac risotto. Bibo also has an amazing collection of contemporary artworks to admire while we wined and dined away. My new favorite in HK.

I was impressed the minute we walked in. Incredibly modern scene with beautiful contemporary artworks that give the restaurant a very edgy feel. Impeccable service, attentive but not intrusive. I definitely would recommend this for a special occasion, as it is a unique experience to dine surrounded by works of the most famous street artists (Banksy, Vhils, Kaws,...) Best to google the restaurant location or more importantly the front door with the hidden door bell...all part of the charm!

great meal in a unique setting surrounded by Urban contemporary art, in an old French tram station. Prices are a bit high but the food is excellent. I had a pleasure of dining here 3 years ago and came back for dinner yesterday.  Bibo is still simply wonderful. I believe this restaurant to be one of the most special restaurants in the world. 唔想太嘈搵個地方坐下談心, bibo係個好選擇, 裡面分開食fine dinner同drink lounge, 入到去可以留意下牆上面D畫, 依到另一賣點係一間gallery, 不妨一邊飲杯野一邊欣賞下相裡面個杯係lotus flower themed cocktail, 如其話係一杯酒不如話似smoothie多D啦, basil smoothie, bartender最尾會用orange peel拉一拉杯邊, 飲落去淡淡橙香, 令成件事更有story同意思價錢方面呢, 上環價錢啦, 不過依到D drinks一D都五媽夫, 連埋造型同bibo個環境, 我會話價錢合理啦第二幅相或者無第一幅吸睛, 不過論口味, 絕對推介, 依到有一堆一般酒吧無嘅whiskey, 我飲依隻有埋樽身number, scotland, single-malt, 18years, 第39支, total好似話得40支架咋 鍾意飲whiskey嘅人值得一來

First time to dine here, the dining venue is nice with contemporary drawings and pictures.All dishes I had that night are very impressive, they looked appealing, and the taste was excellent, while all plates were served at room temperature. All dishes I had that night are very impressive, they looked appealing, and the taste was excellent, while all plates were served at room temperature. This made the whole dining experience stunning.

Started with the first course - Broad Beans Cream, Dandelion, Onion Royale and Smoked Eel, the beans cream was soft and the mouth was filled with the creamy broad beans.

The second course - Sautéed French Snails, Garden Herbs and Champagne Cream, was the most impressive one. The flowers, though can't recall the name, were so attractive. The flowers were freshly picked, they were not just for decoration, but for eating. The aroma of flowers matched greatly with the champagne cream snails.

The other courses, Roasted Crayfish and Roasted Chicken Breast, were excellent as well. Everything was cooked perfectly, the meats were tender and juicy.

Paired with champagne, just enjoyable!

Highly recommend to have a fine dining here, worth to do so!

Walked past the restaurant a couple of times and it looked interesting from the outside so booked a table for me and my husband for Valentine's Day! Oh how I wish I had never walked by!! Oh how I wish I had never walked by!! First of all the service was really slow! It took quite some time and waving with our arms to get someone's attention!!
But that could have been overlooked if the food was good!! But oh my, it was just horrendous!!!! The scallops (entré) were served really cold and as blend as they could get!! After an disappointing entré came an even more disappointing main!! We ordered the entrecôte that was a "share order", for 980hk$ we basically got what tasted like an old shoe and was as chewy as a meat can get!! I mean seriously, how can you even screw up an entrecôte??!!
The wine list was so overpriced that it was just ridiculous!! They charged double the price for same wines that they have at for example Tosca at ritz carlton!!! Insane!!
We didn't even look at the desert menu as we were fairly disappointed as it was! So by all mean don't even bother, there are far better and cheaper restaurants out there! It feels like they've put more time on the interior and trying to make the place look "cool" and interesting then they've put on the food!! Absolutely horrible!!!

沒有最特別, 只有更特別 ! 又係fushion左中國既style菜式 ! 呢個Foie Gras餛飩, 佢係真係用中式餛飩既餛飩皮! 

係好薄好滑果種. foie gras 雖然係細細粒, 但岩岩好, 食落唔會太膩 , 重點係個湯 ! 好似中式餛飩一樣, 湯底其實好重要 ! 呢個湯望落好清, 但其實係超重mushroom 味的 !!! 再加上上面果小小既薑絲, 岩岩可以去左菇既"青"味 ! 忍唔住..我飲唒成個湯, 真係太美味了

在兩年前,我沿上環樓梯街走上荷李活道,經過古董店林立的麼囉上街,見到有個火車頭設計的玻璃櫥窗,一看入去,內裡擺放不少藝術品,此外,亦見到餐桌! 起初以為是藝術館,原來這是一間餐廳 Bibo!餐廳門口頗為令人意想不到!位於荷理活道,手柄頂部按掣,正是開門掣,餐廳設計別有洞天!踏進餐廳,先見到著名設計師 Kaws 設計木製的公仔及其作品,沿樓梯行落去餐廳範圍,還有酒吧、玻璃畫上人像畫像、Vhils 的鑽牆成為全店亮點!每處滲出不同的藝術氣息, 我很喜歡這裡的氛圍,充滿視覺效果又可細味法國菜! 絕對是一間集藝術館與餐廳於一身的藝術餐廳!連餐具選材亦甚為講究, 當食物放在碟上,看似食物放到手中,想食客珍惜食物!別有用心!有位男侍應看似清朝人! 我覺得他似浦儀!原來他是大中華品酒師!我們真是有眼不識泰山!Menu 設計亦與別不同!以火車為主題,食物及飲品款式多元化!Drinks加入青檸汁、菠蘿汁,滿載果香而酸甜有致,涼透心不錯喝!麵包配紫菜牛油及牛油 最特別是牛油壓有火車頭圖案! 包身鬆軟帶鹹,配上紫菜牛油口味最為突出!Les Pommes Boheme $40外表平平無奇的松露油薯波,香脆軟滑

在兩年前,我沿上環樓梯街走上荷李活道,經過古董店林立的麼囉上街,見到有個火車頭設計的玻璃櫥窗,一看入去,內裡擺放不少藝術品,此外,亦見到餐桌!
 起初以為是藝術館,原來這是一間餐廳 Bibo

踏進餐廳,先見到著名設計師 Kaws 設計木製的公仔及其作品,沿樓梯行落去餐廳範圍,還有酒吧、玻璃畫上人像畫像、Vhils 的鑽牆成為全店亮點!每處滲出不同的藝術氣息,
 我很喜歡這裡的氛圍,充滿視覺效果又可細味法國菜!
 絕對是一間集藝術館與餐廳於一身的藝術餐廳!

甜品賣相也是驚喜之作!以玻璃瓶盛載,突出層次感,
 底部放有鮮花,玻璃杯裡面是切得細粒的雜果,青檸雪芭,香脆的芝麻脆餅,薄荷雪芭入口清新,酸甜的菠蘿乾!整體清新油膩,口感豐富!

沿樓梯街直上,近摩羅上街,透過倘大的落地玻璃窗,會看見一間饒富個性和藝術裝潢的餐廳 - 「Bibo」。這一夜,應友人之約,去這一間「藝術館」用餐。 餐廳的大門口,設在荷李活道,沒有碩大顯眼的招牌。幸而,小妹眼利,見到門牌「163」,以及兩張寫有「Bibo」的A4紙餐單。大門深鎖,開門掣在哪兒呢?大家看見右手邊斷開兩截的圓柱嗎?原來,開門掣在下截柱子上。只要輕輕按一下,「如芝麻開門般」,趟門就會自動打開了。門開後,可見地板與四周擺設也別具一格,這是「藝術館」的入口。沿樓梯向下走,右手邊是一個長方狀的吧枱,適合杜康之輩在此把酒談心;另一側,是畫有可愛卡通圖案的廁所入口。 往前走,是放有數張枱凳的飲酒區,牆身飾以一書櫃造形的擺設,且以簡單線條勾勒出兩個美女圖像。 再往前走,就是用餐區,不同角落,放有不同類別的藝術品,賦予餐廳更多的內涵和韻味。 個人而言,挺喜歡,餐碟上繪著的雙手,頗有「奉獻、分享」之意。大廚在奉獻廚藝,客人在分享美食。友人為小妹點來了這一杯果汁味濃郁的Mocktail,入口味道清爽非常。 友人自己則要來了這一杯視覺效果一流的Gin & Tonic with Gra

另一道前菜,紅蝦肉配椰菜花蓉佐蕎麥脆片 Les Champignons de saison $180,則相對較為輕盈細滑鮮美,且口感更為豐富多變。紅蝦肉細緻嫩滑甜美,配以椰菜花蓉,再加上一片酥脆香口的蕎麥脆片,無敵組合。

主菜賣相小巧的骰,索價,卻不菲啊﹗法國Brittany龍蝦配蕎麥及松露Le Homard Bleu de Roscoff $560,大廚把原隻龍蝦拆去蝦殼,以濃湯烹煮後,放在咬口十足的蕎麥上,再飾以松露片。

小妹,要了一客美艷且集冰火於一口的蘋果酥皮玫瑰批配雪葩La Pomme Rose $110甜品師把蘋果切片捲起,堆砌成玫瑰花狀,再飾以綠葉和金箔,更顯氣派和貴氣。
