One of the worst service experiences I have encountered in a restaurant. Made a dinner booking for 6pm, and was told I have to return the table at 7:30pm (which I thought initially was fair enough since I expected that they might be fully booked and busy). However I showed up seeing quite a number of empty tables around us and despite this, the servers repetitively reminded us of the table return time during the meal (4 times during our meal!) and were in such a hurry collecting our plates - lit

‼️全港至衰service‼️行過路過千祈唔好中伏。見唔少人話呢間野態度、服務差，但諗住佢新開，咪來試吓囉。🤣🙂🤬book 咗6:30食晚飯，6:25職員打電話嚟confirm我哋黎緊，點知6:40俾咗張枱walk in，完全唔交代聲，成身大汗跑到過嚟話冇位，從來未見過香港有咁差嘅service，串嘴串到，成班staff黑口黑面駁嘴駁事，唔道歉都不單止。🤬成個月之前特登book位食生日飯，結果自己受氣。

兩個星期前透個whatsapp book咗位去到餐廳話冇我嘅booking, 下??!!位白衫receptionist仲聲大夾惡話佢地一定會打電話confirm booking如果冇收到電話confirm booking即係冇訂到枱下??!! 明明係你地做錯野點解可以講到係我錯最後佢搞咗一輪就免為其難俾咗張枱我但要75分鐘還枱食物average要我75分鐘還枱但又要漏單, what?!位receptionist仲要超級rude同冇禮貌咁難book又垃圾service, 勸各位唔好送頭

Very disappointed experience.I made a reservation for like a month ago, by the time I arrived the restaurant manager was like “we could not find your booking” Wasted for more like 15 - 20 minutes. They released a table for us but didn’t even apology????????How can the system be so unorganised?Food we’d like to order was sold out but it was only 7pm? Loved every dish ….. tables a bit too close to each other ….. would definitely come back for more. I like their dishes being smaller than norm, then I can order more for taste testing. 😆😆

最近西環新開咗間兩層意大利餐廳，單單係粉白式嘅歐陸裝修已經好吸引，而且個chef曾經係Amber做過4年，咁啱要同人慶祝生日，就book咗去試一試😆不論係環境同係食物，一切都幾滿意，推介大家主力叫main course，試嘅幾款main courses so far都唔錯，值得一試，特別係pasta！starter相比之下表現亦無咁突出，份量偏細，唔係咁抵食餐廳勁full booking，我訂咗位都等咗接近20分鐘，想食dinner嘅話記得book咗位先！~𝓞𝓿𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓵𝓵~ ✨價錢:7/10👅味道:8.5/10🌌環境:8.5/10★Seafood Tagliatelle ($178)手工製嘅意粉口感好好，煮到al dente，扁身麵條掛汁，海鮮味頗出，蕃茄嘅酸甜令到更加開胃，balance得啱啱好★Mushroom Risotto($150)risotto軟硬適中，第一次食菠菜口味嘅risotto，本身以為只會係顏色上有分別，冇諗過係好濃郁嘅蘑菇同埋芝士味中間，仍然會食到淡淡嘅菠菜味，好特別，而且蘑菇味勁香★Duck Ragu Pappardelle($150)呢個係用鴨肉整成嘅肉醬意

我們六點半入座，已坐滿人。Happy hour drinks 到七點，不過，我們最後決定叫了兩支白酒。來了三個細碟先，把酒談歡！四人桌並不太，吃完再叫了pasta 和steak. 食物的份量不太， 正適合健康的我們。上菜很快，服務態度很好!樓高三層，我們坐在三樓，環境不錯。最來叫了甜品各一，四人share. 八點三要交枱，短短相聚1.5hr.

Apart from the ridiculously small portion of the Ravioli, containing 6 small pieces of pasta, looking more like an appetizer than main, we loved the atmosphere, staff and food. The portions overall are quite small, but the taste is good and the food is prepared relatively quick. Service is good and warm. Recommended!

西營盤新開打卡餐廳 出左地鐵站行幾分鐘就到但要預早WhatsApp book位，樓高3層，環境都好Chill，我哋坐3樓好寧靜 同朋友傾傾吓真係一流！叫咗枝白酒同3個朋友飲首先黎cold cut 先送酒🦑慢煮魷魚 入面有蟹肉同海膽再點墨魚汁好match 呀牛整得岩岩好medium mushroom risotto 味道好濃 好香 但份量就少咗啲，菠菜source就唔好好食得出Tiramisu 最後緊係叫個甜品啦 唔會太淋 咖啡酒味岩岩好 ！推薦！

Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a terrible experience. We had a booking at 8:30pm but was only seated at 9:00pm due to the customer before us still having dessert, this should not be our problem. When the food came, it was an even a bigger disappointment. Some of the dishes we wanted to order were sold out. The food that actually came was bad and definitely not worth the money. Our dinner for 2 costed around $1,000 and in my opinion this meal should’ve been less than $500.
